Exceptional staff, fully fluent in spanish, english, french, german & portuguese. Centrally located, nice breakfast. Beautiful city.

nice stay,convenient location close to bus depot and lifts,excellent buffet breakfast and restaurant,loved yhi spa,the only complaint was the mattress conditions they need to turn it or change them,not comfortable at all.

Hotel Albero is close to Palacio de Generalife, Alhambra, and Arab Baths. Also nearby are Plaza Nueva and Mirador de San Nicolas.

"Overall a good stay"
Room is small but clean. Staff friendly. Location is out of town - convenient to Alhambra (bus 13, 5 min ride, stop is just around the corner and front desk provides a time table), but a bit far from Granada centro (bus 33 is 3 min walk away, 15 min ride to centro but the bus stops running around 23:00). I was somewhat concerned booking this one star hotel. Can't believe it is not at least a 3 star. It had won the Trip Advisor Award the past two years. It is a little way from the sights but the bus stop was right in front of the hotel and a only a short ride. Don't drive to the sights, parking is very expensive and hard to get. For 5 euro we had secure […] parking (free on the street). Very helpful front desk, spoke English which is sometimes rare in Spain, Very clean, breakfast for 3.50 euro, coffee, juice, toast and crossinant. Beds a little hard but that is normal for Spain. The hotel was very clean and quiet and was very convenient and easy to get to if arriving by car. I would recommend this if you are arriving in a car in order to avoid the busy downtown area. Le patron est très sympathique et accueillant. Il s'occupe lui même du service du petit déjeuner et n'est pas avare d'explication "touristiques"; et il parle un peu le français. Le bémol vient de la situation de l'hôtel un peu excentré du coeur touristique de la ville. Waren 3 Nächte im Albero, Hotel ist sehr sauber, einfach aber gut eingerichtet und man ist mit dem Bus ganz schnell im Zentrum bzw. der Al Hambra. Entspricht eher einem 2- 3 Sterne-Hotel. Liegt an Hauptverkehrsstraße - wer lärmempfindlich ist, bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen (Klimaanlage ist fast geräuschlos) oder Ohropax mitnehmen. Rezeption sehr […] freundlich und auskunftsbereit (in Englisch), haben sofort bei Anreise Buchung für Al-Hambra-Tickets angeboten, hat auch alles super geklappt.
