Good location
This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a big city, clean room and friendly service. Parking takes skill, but we are Americans.

Overall, not bad for Bordeaux. The hotel was clean and most of the staff spoke English well. The room was spacious and had air-conditioning. The breakfast was solid with good breadth of options. Recommend walking to the Gambetta stop on Tram B instead of Meriadeck on Tram A to get to the Theater and Old City.

Very Comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay. We were happy that the receptionist spoke English and could help us find a place to eat when we arrived late and explained the local tram system so we could get around town. The hotel is located near a tram station which is very convenient. It is also about a 20 minute walk to the historical city center. We purchased the breakfast each morning and were pleased. So many French breakfasts consist only of pastries. They also had eggs, cheese and yogurt for protein and a nice selection of fruit. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a towel warmer in the bathroom which was a great help for drying the clothes we handwashed. The room was equipped with everything we needed. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Bordeaux.

Most enjoyable
Good location, easy walk to centre and trams. Free private parking. Double room was a little small, we stayed an extra night in a room for 3 persons, it was well worth the bit extra. Very helpful front desk.
