wifi was free and fast. bathroom was large enough for me. breakfast was worth the extra charge. free IHT newspaper. close to train station. staff was friendly and for most part fluent enough in english to make my life easier.

This is a nice hotel with a great restaurant. Unfortunately the elevator was broken and the decor was not exactly that of a 1000 year old Chateau, but we will definitely return.

The front desk staff, to a person, were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was very nice, averaged sized by older european standards, with a great view of a beautiful cathedral. Breakfasts were good with many choices. The only HUGE negative was the housekeeping, which was mediocre at best. The maid did not replace depleted items, such as […] toilet paper, shampoo, etc., although this was a six night stay. The hardwood floors were never vacuumed or swept, and walkinkg on them in your stocking feet made your stockings filthy. Read more

The entrance of the hotel is lovely and the ground areas all very beautiful but there it stops it does not go into your room. Our room furnishings were very basic. Comfortable enough but lacking in any quality or presentation. The location was extremely good and we appreciated having a carpark.

Un hôtel agréable, un peu loin de la gare mais bien situé et dans un cadre sympathique. Le service est de qualité, mais certains points reste à améliorer. Ainsi il est difficile de prendre une douche chaude tard le soir, il faut attendre 10 minutes environ pour avoir une eau assez chaude. Un personnel néanmoins très à l'écoute et de qualité pour les […] différentes questions et un mini bar très agréable. Petit moins dans l’hôtel la place très importante laissée à la volonté d'économiser l'eau et le linge. En effet je suis plutôt de nature écolo, mais l'affichage très présent sur le sujet me fatigue un peu lorsque je suis en week-end. Llegamos al Hotel a las 10 am. No pudimos guardar el coche en el garaje. Nos dijeron que regresáramos a las 13 horas, luego a las 14 horas y al final no nos dieron la habitación porque juzgamos que no valía el precio. Hubo una acalorada discusión con el conserje y el dueño y por último nos echaron del hotel empujándonos y vociferando improperios en […] español y francés.
