We found this hotel more than we expected. The staff looked after us as best they could given the facilities of the hotel. We were very pleased with them and would return. There were some deficiencies but we were willing to overlook those because of the price of the hotel and its convenient location. However, the staff were so welcoming that the deficiencies were less noticeable.

wifi was free and fast. bathroom was large enough for me. breakfast was worth the extra charge. free IHT newspaper. close to train station. staff was friendly and for most part fluent enough in english to make my life easier.

We loved stating here. Narbonne is truly a medieval city, so driving is a hassle if you are unfamiliar with the area. Once we located the guest house, we had a lovely visit. The room was large, as was the bathroom, and was quite comfortable. Many restaurants are nearby and you could walk to everything in downtown Narbonne in a matter of minutes.

Cadre agréable, extérieur chateau et parc avec piscine charmants, mais intérieur des chambres même pas digne d'un ibis des années 80! Banal et triste à en mourir ! Premièe chambre avec vur sur toit terrasse plein de mégots et vieux pots cassés, demandé à change, ce qui a été fait très facilement et aimablement, mais dans la 2° chambre... en prime, clim […] en panne ! A éviter si on veut un WE de charme, grosse déception, mériterait une rénovation et un relooking complet ! Read more
