The location of the hotel is not only fantastic, but accesible on foot to everything you need! The hotel was comfortable, friendly, and offered a lovely buffet breakfast in the morning. Cadaqués in a gem and the Hotel Playa Sol offers a great view...splurge on a balcony if it is available!

The Tarongeta was a very nice hotel. We did not expect such quality for a 2 star hotel. The rooms were a nice size, there was an elevator, the location was perfect (close to sights, restaurants, shopping), and the service was excellent. We stayed only 1 night on our way to France but were very pleased with the hotel. We have stayed in mostly 3 star hotels some of which were not as nice as the Tarongeta. The breakfast was a good value for the money. offering juice, fruit, and local breakfast breads as well as cereal. A very good choice for any type of traveler. We didn't understand why this hotel was rated only 2 stars. We travel to Europe 4 times a year and this hotel far exceeded our expectations!!

The hotel is very charming and boasts a beautiful swimming pool in a lovely garden. However, there is no lift and people with reduced mobility need to pre-book a ground floor room. Equally, there is no room service and no restaurant facilities. It is much more a 3-star B & B than a hotel

We had looked several times at this hotel on the internet and decided to book when there was a good rate offer. Good value at the price we paid. Extras (breakfast, lunches, minibar) can be expensive-ish but there was a wide choice of food at breakfast. Swimming pool was very user-friendly as one of us didn't want to be out of her depth! Yes it looks […] big on the hotel website and for us its size didn't disappoint. Location is handy for town centre restaurants, about 20 mins walk to the sea front amenities. Overall very satisfied and we'll return at the rate room rate. Read more

chambre très petite, rien à voir avec les photos du site. Piscine pas aussi grande que prévu. déçue par le parc qui apparait bien petit dans la réalité. Les photos donnent une impression de site grandiose, tout est tout petit en réalité. petit déjeuner buffet cher mais copieux et délicieux.
