This is my second time staying at this hotel. Both times have been very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The location is quiet but no more than a five minute walk from Juan Les Pins shopping and restaurant area. It is an old style French hotel but the rooms I have been in have been very comfortable and clean.

Location.
Conveniently near the airport, Balladins Cannes-Le Cannet is in Le Cannet (Carnot Boulevard), close to Forville Provencal Food Market, Cannes City Hall, and Palace of Festivals and Congress Hall. Also nearby are La Croisette and Cannes Harbour.

We stayed at the hotel for nine nights. All of the staff (front desk and chambermaids) that we met were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the... bed was very comfortable. Towels were changed each day and the bed linen frequently. The bath plug mechanism was faulty but this wasn't a problem to us. My only criticism, which I have seen mentioned before, is that the Wifi system simply did not work either in the room (which was on the fifth floor) or next to the hotel's WiFI sender. However, this was offset to some extent by the provison of a free computer provided in reception, for all guests, which did work. Nice little hotel, reasonably priced although not the cheapest 2* and I would stay again (especially if the Wifi worked!) and recommend to others. by a Hotels.com guest on 04/06/12

I was going to Cannes film festival and needed a room very last minute so glad I got this one as prices are insane during that time. Room was clean, staff at front desk was extremely helpful and spoke really good English. Hotel is located a couple minutes away from the 210 express bus to Nice airport, which is really convenient for transfers. Let me say the staff here are really nice and helpful. They get 5 stars. The place itself is a dump. If the price was $40 a night I would let it pass but they are charging between 100 -170 per night for essentially a hostel, yes hostel, style room. Carpets are stained and nasty, hallways and rooms reek of stale smoke. Loud slamming doors. Small tight […] showers with low shower heads. The list goes on.On my stay the fire alarm went off at 3am in the morning and folks were smoking and slamming doors outside of my door.. Priset var helt okej sett till närheten till stan, dock väldigt undermåligt hotell. Skramlande hiss, parkerringsgaraget var ett skämt! Går inte manövrera en bil där inne, dessutom ingen utgång till hotellet... Själva hotellet är inte bra men vill du komma undan billigt i Cannes så varför inte.
