The apartment hotel is right on a busy pedestrian mall, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The manager spoke English and was very helpful. It should be made clear that the office is only manned during certain hours, not 24/7. Had we arrived an hour later it would have been impossible to check in. We did not have free wifi for the first two days because they did not have enough hardware devices for every unit. Also, sets of towels do not include wash cloths. None of the cooking pans had lids. The friendly, helpful staff, great location, and secure feeling of the neighborhood more than made up for these minor inconveniences.

This hotel was in a great location to visit the grotto and city center. Our double room was typically European to small, but the hotel was very pretty. The staff could improve their promptness in staffing the front desk/reception area.

Hotel Villa Bon Repos is situated in Argeles Gazost and area attractions include Hautacam Ski Resort. Additional regional attractions include Sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes and Basilique du Rosaire et de l'Immaculee Conception.

Great place to stay for a variety of Pyrenees summer activities (hiking, biking, kayaking, etc). Great value for the summer rates compared to chain... hotels. Argeles-Gazost is a quaint town with access to all the needed facilties and city center is within a 10 minute walking distance from Bon Repos. Our room (#17) had been recently renovated and was very tastefully decorated with high end amenities such as electronic window shades, flat screen TV, mini-fridge and overhead shower spray. Room was typical B&B size, but was extremely comfortable for just my husband and myself. Corner room had two spectacular views from different sides of the nearby Pyrenees. Other rooms had balconies as well. Typical French continental breakfast (pastries, meats, cheese, yogurt and cereals) was delicious and a good value for the additional charge compared to other bigger hotels we stayed at.
