We really enjoyed the newly refurbished sauna, spa & pool. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and spoke English well, which was a bonus as our French is limited. The front desk was not clear when we checked in that the complimentary shuttle service does not run on weekends - neither Saturday or Sunday. The referred us to a private shuttle service, Prestige, which was wonderful. The food available in the bar outside of breakfast was more limited than stated on the menu, but OK.

Very close to airport. Only 10 min. walk. Bathroom was extremely small. Room was clean. McDonald across from hotel. No staff after 10pm so if you are checking in late. It will be a problem. Room was small but it fits for the price. English - hard to found a staff to understand you.

Rooms had a Scandinavian feel - very modern and compact, but functional. There was an actual glass-enclosed shower with rain shower head. Not something we had seen much of in our travels around France. The airport is a very pleasant fifteen minute walk, so we were able to get a little exercise before a long flight.

The hotel was nice, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very small though, and the neighbourhood is horrible. I wouldnt say I felt entirely unsafe, but i wasnt comfortable either. I would probably not stay here again myself, but if you are looking to see Toulouse cheaply this isnt a bad option.

Good breakfasts - self-service, with no noticeable limits. Each place set with croissant and bread to start with, but plenty more, and more choice, available on sideboard. Pleasant view over (small) garden. Convenient position for metro and bus services. Some very good restaurants a few doors away (especially "Le Jardin de Méditerranée"): even a fully-functional […] canal alongside. Rooms adequate (though a second chair in our double room would be desirable), and many of them are evidently now being refurbished. As it was, our room had an extra door between the main door and our bedroom proper (i.e. after the bathroom/WC facilities), which greatly assisted heating and sound insulation. Separation of the WC from the bathroom is another good point. Read more

Very welcoming staff (English speaking) even late at night. Clean, comfortable (smallish) room. Garden facing room was quiet and didn't hear any noise from other guests. No frills and all the better for it. Fresh bread and reasonable choice self-service breakfast in pleasant garden room with as much coffee juice etc.as you liked. L'hôtelier était très sympathique et dynamique. Nous avons été très bien reçus. Le seul point négatif était l'odeur de la chambre. Malheureusement quelqu'un n'avait pas respecté l'interdiction de fumer et la chambre (403) sentait le tabac froid à plein nez... Le plus: le petit déjeuné face au jardin de l'hôtel et la proximité de petits restaurants conviviaux. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are all very well spoken i several languages and take their time with each guest. The hotel has a little lovely back yard that noone is using, and I highly recomment taking the breakfast tray out to sit in the leafs on a warm day. Unfortunately they are not allowed to put out chairs and tables - but […] the yard is there for the guest's pleasure, which is a lovely and rare quality for a hotel in this district. The room is cleen and very comfy. Beds in most French hotels have in general the tendency of being rock hard, but the mattresses here are perfect -not too hard and not too soft.In our room we had a double door to the hall way so other guests would not desturb - that was another plus! The only thing that I could wish to be a higher standard is the breakfast. It would be great with a piece of fresh fruit, some fresh coffee (not from a machine with a butten you push), and some cheese! France is famous for their fantastic cheeses, so a hotel completely without cheese on the breakfast menu is odd. If we come back to this area of France we would like to stay in D'Orsay again because of the fantastic staff and the location. But next time we will have our breakfast somewhere else. Read more
