great place great room hard to find unless your french..the new girl at the desk from the uk was outstanding and helped in all ways she had just startedworking three days prior but you would never know it.the hot tubs beds and breakfasts were top notch ...just have a gps it your non french speaking..otherwise great place. i do say go!

We loved our entire visit to Albert, France. If you are in any way interested in the First World War, check out this town and stay at this hotel. It is not fancy, but quite comfortable, and the hospitality and the restaurant were oustanding. We had dinner, breakfast, and lunch, and all were first rate. It is just a short walk from the train station and extremely close to all the main sights (church, museum, park, etc.)

A chain holiday much like a Holiday Inn in the US. Very ago for a night but not much in the neighborhood. We tried to find a local restaurant but could not. Ate in the hotel and it was okay.

We are a family of two adults and three teenage children and we needed somewhere to stay for one night en route to our holiday destination in Auvergne. This hotel was ideal in this respect. It's exactly what we expected for the price we paid. The rooms are small, but very clean. There's free wifi access and you can have dinner in the attached restaurant if you want and breakfast the following morning (all extra of course). If you don't want to eat at the restaurant, you can always dine at the local McDonald's and there was a chinese restaurant handy as well. There are probably other eateries as well, but we didn't venture very far. The hotel sits in behind a retails park, near a sports store called Decathlon. So all in all, I would say that this hotel is good value for money - room small yes, but it does what it says on the tin.

"Fantastic budget hotel in central location."
This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is situated directly on a beautiful main square with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and a fantastic view. "excellent for battlefield visits"

"Good Location"
Hotel in good location on the corner of one of the two large squares. Hotel needs updating. Our room was on the third floor up some narrow stairs, bit of a struggle. Room quite small and bathroom tiny, although we did have a bath which was lovely. Lovely old building but it all needs a lick of paint. The decor is outdated and the bedroom was on a small size, but the comfort was good enough and clean. The service was excellent, the owners are always ready to help, very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. "The perfect location in Arras, northern France"
If you want a stop-over on your way back to Britain, then this is perfect. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. The landlord is so attentive and helpful and the breakfast is the best we had on our journey back from southern Italy. Apart from the two main squares, Arras doesn't have much more to offer but if you're only there for one night, […] then the main squares are enough to keep you occupied with many bars and some good restaurants. It's a beautiful place to just sit with a drink and relax. And, because of it's location, it only takes an hour and a half to get to the euro-tunnel. What could be better? "situation exceptionnelle près des deux magnifiques"
Excellente. ! Cependant je mets en garde les personnes ayant des difficultés pour monter les escaliers car les chambres sont sur plusieurs niveaux et l'escalier est abrupt . Difficultés également pour garer la voiture même le temps de déposer les bagages . Cela s'explique par la situation de l'hôtel en plein centre . Mais c'est si beau !Genuine Hotels.com guest review
