The location was great, close to everything in central London. The hotel it self was not that great. The showers were gross and tiny, the walls may have had black mold on them (I wasn't willing to look close enough to find out). The beds had lots of hairs on them (Thank goodness we only stayed the one night).

The bathroom in room 11 is unacceptably stinky. It is unusable. It stinks to urine and I don't think it was just once. The manager suggested going to the hall bathroom.

Convenient location! The bed was a little squishy, but manageable. The room was warm, but the fan we found in the room helped immeasurably. The whole ensuite bathroom was the shower stall! We showered down the hall instead of getting the whole floor wet. The included continental breakfast was great!

My stay was decent - all in all I think it was pretty good for the price, the staff were generally easy, but one made me feel quite uncomfortable though complimenting my looks etc. and the hotel was down a bit of a dodgy road that noone seemed to have heard of and which I felt a bit uneasy going down as I returned to the hotel late.

For its location this hotel was very satisfactory considering its price. We were sent down the street a few doors to "The Alexander Hotel", our room was to the front of the premises, so it was quite. Location good but everything else... not so good... Was put in another building couple of doors down...which i wasn't fussed about but you know... However i was put in an awful room right next to the train lines which meant i never really got any sleep. The whole building had a bad stench to it which was really horrible. It is wvery well located, just 5 minutes walking from Victoria station but the facilities are much more simple than the ones you could expect based on the photos. This is a guest house with tiny rooms where the toilet and shower are the same and you will have to have breakfast sharing table.

Hotel had an amazing location, 2 minuet walk from Victoria bus station. I expected worse for the little money I paid but was shocked when I saw the premises. Only down side was the room was a little small and the shower was on the next floor making it a little shocking when trying to sneak down in a towel. Would definitely stay there again!!!!

When we checked in we were taken about 10 doors down the street to another hotel I would not recommend this, filthy and hidious smell from the bags of rubbish dumped outside our room door. The bathroom beggared belief, truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in thankfully it was only for one night. Book up for this one at your own risk!

Locatie heeft voordeel van station Victoria om de hoek, alsmede het Buckingham Palace en omliggende bezienswaardigheden op loop/fiets afstand. Vi så oss nødt til å bytte hotell umiddelbart. Hadde bestilt dobbeltrom, men rommet var 5,5 kvm stort og sengen var 1m bred. Betjeningen ville ikke hjelpe oss med romskifte og tok 30 pund for å kansellere reservasjonen. Hadde jeg dratt alene og kun brukt hotellrommet til å sove så kunne det til nødt gått. Haben 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln müssen, da sonst ein Aufenthalt für uns nicht möglich gewesen wäre. Das dritte Zimmer war dann aber echt oke für das Geld. Das Hotel ist sehr sehr einfach gehalten und die Zimmer ebenso. Es ist sehr hellhörig, jedoch ist wie schon erwähnt der Preis extrem niedrig für die sehr gute Lage. Nach dem ich mich vom ersten Schock erholt hatte, konnte ich den Aufenhalt im Hotel einigermassen "geniessen". Uns war klar das wir für den Preis keinen Luxus erwarten konnten, das wollten wir auch nicht. Da wir das Zimmer nur zum schlafen genutzt haben und zum Duschen.Wir waren ja schlieslich in England um was von dem Land und der Stadt zu sehen. Aber […] eine Grundsauberkeit und ein angenehmer Geruch sollten doch Standard sein. Die Lüftung in dem winzigen Bad hat nicht den gewünschten Effekt gebracht. So das wir uns eine Dose Febreze gekauft haben. Freundlichkeit stelle ich mir auch anders vor. Aber gut, anderes Land andere Sitten. Frühstück war sehr bescheiden. Toast, Marmelade und Cornflakes dazu Kaffee oder Tee. Da war leider nicht viel mit Sauberkeit. Die Lage ist allerdings optimal. Direkt an der Vicotia Station. Von dort kommt man mit der U-Bahn schnell und einfach zu alles Sehenwürdigkeiten. Wer keinen Standard möchte (wollten wir auch nicht) und auf den Rest auch keinen Wert legt sollte das Hotel buchen. Hotellet var lyhört och lite halvtrasigt och gav direkt en känsla av lågbudget. Däremot var det rent och de bytte handdukar och städade trots att vi bara var där i 2 nätter. Vet inte om man kan begära mer av det låga priset/natt för 2 personer i centrala London. Vi visste att vi inte bokade någon lyx och gick mest på pris och att vi fick egen toalett […] och dusch. Gatwick Express till flygplatsen gick runt hörnet och vi hade promenadavstånd till Apollo Theatre och Buckingham Palace. Om du inte har höga krav duger Holly House hur bra som helst! Hade ett trångt trippelrum med bekväma rena bäddar, litet kylsskåp, tv och ett fräscht, rymligt badrum med dusch. Testade ej deras frukost. Har du endast lätt baggage och ska bara övernatta utan att reta dig på trångboddheten och på att helteckningsmattan doftar unket svett, så är det faktiskt lugnt med bara fem minuters gångavstånd till tunnelbanan […] och flygbussarna vid Victoria Station.
