Rooms were small, but updated and adequate. Breakfast cost was included in price, but was nothing spectacular.

The Best Western Victoria Palace is in an incredibly convenient location if you're travelling in and out of Victoria Station, which is why I chose it for the night I was in London. I was in the annex building, which is a walk-up (no elevator/lift), but thankfully, somebody helped me with my bag, so I didn't have to lug it up the stairs myself. The room […] seemed clean, although it was definitely a little bit on the shabby side (older carpet, blinking lights, etc). Location was great but we were on a main junction and made sleeping rather difficult due to the traffic. The room was a good size but the bed was uncomfortable and it was like lying on a park bench. Overall the staff were friendly but we got very little sleep due to the noise from outside and the rock hard bed

Hotel located in an area with many similar hotels.Handy to shops and cafes, and easy to reach sites of interest nearby. Hotel is split up with 1 or possibly 2 annexes, which was not made clear when booking.Room small, but well organised, and clean. Computer available for guest use.

It's a typical hotel for London:old building, old windows, tiny bathroom and of course you hear your neighbors. You can find cheaper hotel with absolutely equal rooms.

Hotellet var rigtig pænt. Vi boede i annex, hvor værelserne var lidt små, men meget rene og pæne. Der var lidt lydt. Vi boede dog til bagsiden og kunne se London Eye.

Bueno por su ubicación. Por lo demás, se recibe exacto por lo que se paga. Lo único malo que puedo mencionar es que la primera noche encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación. Bra bemötande, service, och frukost dessutom mycket trevliga rum. Detta i kombination med att hotellet endast ligger 10 minuter från Victoria Station gör det till ett mycket prisvärt Hotell.

Bodde i annexet som ligger en bit från hotellets huvudbyggnad. Rummet var mycket litet, sängen upptog i princip hela rummet. Funkade dock bra för två personer under fyra dagar. Läget är bra, gångavstånd till det mesta som tex Buckingham palace mm. Kan tänka mig att bo här fler gånger.

Vi boede i annexet 3 nætter. Værelset var klar ved ankomst kl 10.30am. Ældre indretning men ok til prisen. Fin beliggenhed tæt ved Victoria Station. Ingen nævneværdig gadetrafik.

Det var alt i alt et rigtig fint hotel til prisen. Vil helt sikkert bo der igen, da vi hellere vil bruge penge på andre ting end et dyrt hotel når vi er på tur. Her får du super service, god beliggenhed og rene pæne værelser...
