Good thing we were only slept and bathed here.
The room was clean, but not updated. The carpets throughout were dirty. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The beds were quite uncomfortable. We could hear everyone talking on our floor and could hear the people talking and in the bathroom next door.

good location, no frills
This hotel is run by very kind people, and was very reasonably priced. Plus, it's in a good location for getting to places around London (especially the Tate, which is a 10 minute walk away). Downsides are that our room was small, it was a bit noisy at times (could hear people coughing and talking at times), the breakfast was pretty bleak (undrinkable coffee), and the place seemed a bit run down. It was great for what we needed (just a place to crash after running around London all day), and while it was nothing fancy, it was safe and convenient.

Great stay in Victoria area.
I was most impressed with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very small, but that was expected. However, it was clean, well maintained and the towels were changed daily! It was convenient to the tube and lots of great neighborhood restaurants and shops. I'd stay there again.

I will not stay here again
The hotel looks nice from outside but the room condition is terrible. The room smells bad and not be able to open the window to let the smell out. The room is hot (no air condition). Plus, there is a step from the room to the bath room (almost fall if not pay attention to it). The bathroom floor is not clean. Bed is not comfortable. The good part of the stay is the receptionist Anna is nice and provide good service. Overall, I would rather to pay more to stay in some place where I can relax.
