Lovely stay. Hotel is a little out of the way, but it's very close to public transport links, so that wasn't a problem. Staff spoke perfect English and German. There's a bakery just down the road too, which was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Beds were very uncomfortable. One was too soft and the other was like a cement brick. I did not feel secure in the room as you are required to turn in your key every time you exit the building (it was a brass key not a magnetic card). Plus the safe was only four inches square so I had to carry my iPad with me all day.

The room was dirty...stained carpet and walls. We were given one towel, the comforter was for a twin bed, not the queen size we had, and with the windows open (which was a must due to no air conditioning) the street was too noisy to sleep. Beds were clean but room was dirty and outdated. Needs a lick of paint and the blood (?!) cleaning off some if the walls...reception staff were very friendly. Cleaners were up and active early in the morning which we did find irritating. About ten minutes walk from the train station so great if you have to get an early train (which we were). We stayed here as a group of 10 men on a stag do and found the hotel to be in an excellent location for reaching the city centre highlights (10min walk to Marienplatz). The hotel staff were extremely friendly and went out of there way to provide an early check in and to show us a quick guide of the city. It's close to train station and Marien platz which is very good but rooms aren't nice though clean. Neighborhood not so safe though no one tried to give us trouble. Would go again only for location. Breakfast was decent too.

Et helt greit hotell, men rommene noe varme når varmt vær. Ingen aircondition, så vindu måtte være åpne. En del støy, både nattestid og morgen utenfor hotellet. Hyggelig og serviceminded personell.

Hotellet är helt ok för den som tänker "prisprestanda". Inget backpackers men inte heller för den affärsmässige resenären. Toa/dusch kan rustas, lite ljud från gatan under natten och sängarna är inget att skryta med. Läget och priset är attarktivt och ger dig mycket för pengarna, för vem den som hellre vill uppleva resten av Munchen!
