Very uncomfortable beds!
The room was old and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, our room faced the street and was very loud, windows are not soundproof.

Alright Hotel
LIKES: Spoke great English. Had plenty of hotel parking. Close to the train with the Palace and Downtown only a few stops away each way. Gas station, bars, and plenty of eats close by. DISLIKES: Looked and smelled like an old hotel. Only had one actual key, no electronic key cards. Also no A/C, just open windows with plenty of noise coming from the street and train.

Excellent choice, would stay again
In this recently renovated hotel mere steps from the subway, the friendly desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The comfort of the bed and the awesome shower helped make our stay in Vienna incredibly comfortable. The only quibble I had with the room was that the large screen tv had little icons probably used to help sell it when it was in a storefront, and the hotel desk had no idea how to get rid of it. But I didn't go to Vienna to watch tv, so that had no bearing on how much I enjoyed my stay.
