Surprising excellent hotel. I did not expect a well run hotel, prejudiced by past airport hotel stays with the best chains, and thus was very pleased. The price value was very good.

A fine hotel that is well maintained, clean and convenient. Hampered currently by being across the street from a massive construction site, but a great location for the independent traveler using the trams and subways to get around Vienna.

the two bedroom apartment was massive, and well equipped; this is a family hotel, not a chain, located in a old town house and the furnishing of the apartment reflects this; breakfast was good; we would not hesitate staying here again

Hotellet var inte bemannat hela tiden vilket kan vara bra att veta. Det uppstod dock inga problem för vår del p.g.a det. Bra frukost och ett mycket trevligt och seviceinriktat bemötande. Trevligt rum, bra sängar och bra städning. Vi har inga klagomål alls och återvänder gärna fler gånger till detta hotell. Även bra läge, vi promenerade eller tog U-bahn […] då vi skulle på uytflykter. Die Pension befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Wohnhauses und ist ein Familienbetrieb. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, aber das Bad ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Gerissene Fliesen, kaputte Ablagen, Schimmel in der Dusche, ein undichtes Klo (!) und kaltes bis lauwarmes Wasser am Morgen. Reklamationen wurden mehr oder weniger interessiert zur Kenntnis genommen. Ganz in der Nähe des Westbahnhofs gelegen und mit der Strassenbahn oder U-Bahn in kurzer Zeit im 1. Bezirk, sehr freundliches Personal, Unterkunft in Wohngegend. Zimmer in schönem und gutem Zustand, einzig das Badezimmer wirkt etwas veraltet.
