We were very pleased with our stay at the Majestic. The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke english. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom/shower was great -- modern and great water pressure. We are 2 healthy 32 year-old adults but thought the walk to the Grotto and all the sights was short and convenient. You actually pass by all the shops on your way so it's a good opportunity to pick-up souvenirs at the end of the day. Granted we saw hotels much closer to the Grotto but again, we didn't think it was far at all. Also, there is no A/C but the windows open nice and wide to let the fresh air in. We are "high-maintenance" travelers and really enjoyed our stay here, it was perfect for the pilgrimage.

The hotel is very nice the kitchen has everything our family need to prepare food for the family. Parking was superr, and the location was perfect. My only "problem" is the internet coverage in the room, it was very low. But overall No complains, I will go back to the same hotel if I return to Lourdes. The staff very helpful. Thank you.

The breakfast was not worth 9 euros but I had a kitchentte and microwave, so went to the market and bought food and made it very convenient.

Convenient hotel, close to St. Joseph's gat, shops, etc. Sign up for the full board--the meals are very nice.

Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen - in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Und davon hat Pau sehr viel zu bieten! Der erste Eindruck des Hotels ist etwas düster (dunkle Gänge (Licht nur auf Knopfdruck), antiquirte Ausstattung, aber mein Zimmer war frisch renoviert und bot ausreichenden Komfort. Besonders geschätzt habe ich den kostenlosen […] Internet-Zugang im Zimmer. Die Gesellschaftsräume sind sehr gemütlich (Reception, Billiardraum, kleine Bar-Lounge). Das Frühstücksbuffet war für den Preis reichhaltig und qualitativ hervorragend. Das absolute Highlight aber war der perfekte Housekeeping-Service (Sauberkeit) und die Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer-Familie. Ich fühlte mich wirklich als geschätzter Gast!
