We are very satisfy with this hotel. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Florence central station. Excellent restaurant next door with 10% for hotel guests. We stayed in one of the unit with kitchen. There are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Hotel staff is very helpful. They even helped us to print out train tickets when we purchased on line. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we went to Florence again.

The staff here were fabulous, even calling our hotel in Rome before we left them to ask a question for us. The room for two adults, a 6'+ 15 yr old and a 16 yr old was more then big enough and bright and airy. The bell tower outside the window was beautiful. Staying here you are close to the Duomo and convenient to the train station, which is fabulous when you are training between cities in Rome. We would most definitely stay here again!

Siena isn't that big, so any hotel near the old city is really fine in terms of location. We just did a quick one-day sidetrip from Florence, so the convenience of this hotel to the main bus terminal was great. Room was more than adequate.

This Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located for San Gimignano if you have a car (about 1 mile). The room was large and comfortable, but cold (April)... and we had to ask for the heating to be turned on. Unfortunately, our room was immediately underneath the owners accommodation and they rise very early! (6 a.m.) This resulted in a lot of noise of chairs being scraped on bare tiles immediately above our bed. The hosts, however, are charming and the breakfast was lavish. Excellent location just outside San Gimignano, tranquil surroundings in vineyard and olive grove, not too difficult to find from Castel San Gimignano direction, very friendly welcome, great wine to try, and drink on the pleasant terrace. breakfast consists of their own salami and other treats, and is simple but tasty.

Absolutamente perfecto. Magnífico enclave, habitación espaciosa, limpieza perfecta, trato familiar y cariñoso. Especialmente inolvidable fueron los desayunos y las tartas recién hechas de uva de la señora Franca La visita a la que nos llevaron a la viña y bodega, una delicia.
