My wife and I stayed here for just two nights. I was on business in Cleon and I wanted her to be able to see some sights without needing a vehicle. She absolutely loved the location of this hotel and how friendly the staff was during our stay. I have stayed in many different hotels in Europe and this one had a very nice size room for two people, which […] included a small desk and also two chairs and a small table. The location is the excellent with just a 5 minute walk to a large variety of restaraunts and shops. The hotel was very quiet as well since it was partially on a pedestrian street, which we both enjoyed. The only possible downside is the parking (or lack thereof), but they do offer a small parking area, but we simply parked on a nearby street. We were there for the shortest of times but would love to go back. Rooms were spotless and the receptionists were very informed and informative in a friendly manor. The location was very central. Hotel was quiet, sound wise.

We had a great stay at this Best Western hotel, great central location and a really smart and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful front of house team, the rooms are clean and the beds very comfy. Our only problem was the hotels underground car park was out of bounds, due to lift problems, just one of those things! The hotel staff showed us how to […] find another one 5 mins away. If you are driving to this hotel you will have to enter the old quarter via a bollard, press the button and you will reach an operator, tell them your hotel and the bollard will be dropped! Hotellet er meget vanskeligt at køre til - man stoppes af "bomme". Vi måtte sætte bagagen af og finde parkering i P-hus, hvilket var vanskeligt fordi det nærmeste […] kan være optaget. Il est toutefois à noter que le parking de l'hotel était complet et que le parking par ascenseur des voitures des clients de l'hotel était hors service. Le personnel nous a alors orienté vers un parking public, également complet quand nous sommes arrivés samedi aprés midi dans […] le centre de Rouen.
