The staff was great, the location is great for a business person coming from the airport. The train is right across the street, and the main train station and buses and metro are right nextdoor too. BUT it is a cab (or metro or bus) ride from the historic area so be advised. Also, there is no gym/exercise room. And when it's cold in Lyon or snowing, your only choice is to eat :). It's in a very commercial area so there don't seem to be fine real French restaurants around. So the bottom line is, good for a business person with appointments close by. Not quite so good for tourists.

Nice hotel, centrally located, close to Metro stop. Booked a superior room and as is typical throughout many hotels in the EU, it was tiny. Had to go outside to change our minds. Barely enough room to walk around the double bed. Std. room' must be a sardine can. No soundproofing issues, fairly quiet. Front desk staff was exceptional and friendly. Plenty of pizza joints within a block or 2, which came in handy when we arrived late. Would stay here again.

if you come to Lyon via train (Gare Perrache), then this is one of the better hotels to stay at for a budget. staff is quite friendly and helpful. room is ok. good for the cheap price. would stay there again.

This hotel is very well located, comfortable and clean. We had a nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. The gentleman at the front desk spent an hour helping us with problems with our car rental (don't use Alamo in Lyon - they were a disaster). He really provided amazing service. It was a convenient location for our purpose and at a reasonable price for the centre of Lyon. The hotel staff were OK and the room kept clean. No great frills for bathroom toiletries etc. We stayed there before and discovered the breakfast is probably the worst we have encountered on 5 continents so we did'nt bother trying it again. Hotel staff was unfriendly except for one employee. Breakfast staff seemed grumpy. You leave room key at front and anyone can take it from the wall so it isn't secure. Aside from this the location was great!

Abbiamo soggiornato in aprile 2013. L'albergo gode di un'ottima posizione centrale: situato nella strada centrale dei negozi, in pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere il centro della città. L'albergo in sè appare curato ma non molto moderno negli arredi complessivi che meriterebbero di essere "rinfrescati". La colazione è esclusa dal costo della camera […] e costa 8 euro, ma non è molto varia nè particolareggiata (a quel punto per 4 euro di può avere una colazione con croissant caldo, spremuta e cappuccino in qualsiasi locale della zona). Complessivamente le camere sono pulite e avvastanza spazione: noi eravamo in 4 e ci hanno dato due camere comunicanti, in cui la seconda era dotatat di una bella e comoda doccia mentre la prima aveva una vasca un po' scomoda. En "gros" une bonne impression.L'hôtel est situé dans une rue piétonne,non loin du vieux Lyon et de la place Bellecourt .Un soucis pour nous fut le parking inexistant à l'hôtel .Donc ,la réceptionniste ns en à conseillé un ,non loin de l'hôtel mais qui nous à coûté 34euros pour 2 nuits .

ペラーシュ駅から歩いて７～8分ほどで便利でした。またベルクール広場は大変近く旧市街やレストラン街へもぶらぶら歩きでちょうど良い距離で大変利用価値がありました。ただトイレの排水が少々悪く気になりましたがそれ以外は満足でした。

Hôtel très bien situé, proche des transports et des sites touristiques, des restaurants. Rue un peu bruyante notamment le matin, il vaut mieux demander les étages élevés ! Chambre propre, mais basique, décoration sommaire... Hotel bruyant (porte des chambre qui claquent) Salle de bains très moyen . pas de pression d'eau pour la douche- pas un gel douche- pour le prix très cher le rapport qualité n'est pas bon du tout excepté l'emplacement de l'hotel en plein coeur de lyon

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à 4 dans une chambre "quadruple" (2 adultes + 2 ados)... et nous n'avons aucune critique à formuler, bien au contraire. Nos 2 ados avaient 2 vrais lits dans l'entrée de la chambre (et non pas, comme souvent, un canapé lit). La chambre climatisée donne sur une cour intérieure => calme assuré ! Et fantastisk centralt beliggende hotel. Venligt personale, der var meget hjælpsomme. Eneste problem er parkering, da hotellet ligger i en gågade.
