This is my second time staying at this hotel. Both times have been very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The location is quiet but no more than a five minute walk from Juan Les Pins shopping and restaurant area. It is an old style French hotel but the rooms I have been in have been very comfortable and clean.

Description of Parisien - Nice

Location.
Located in Nice (Centre Ville-Gare), Parisien is close to Basilique Notre Dame, Marc Chagall National Museum, and Orthodox Cathedral. Also nearby are Nice Etoile Shopping Center and Place Massena.

Hotel Features.

Hotel was fine for my purposes as I needed a place where i could lay my head and that was it , during the day I never saw the room. Could have a better... wardrobe. Hoped it would be OK. Had been minimal for OK. Cover is smelling for smoke. A lot holes on the cover, burnt from cigar. The front desk persons are nice.

Bien situé, à 5 mn de marche de la gare. Chambre confortable et propre. Personnel aimable et professionnel. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, pourtant, mais le concierge peut monter la valise à la chambre. J'ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour et considererais y rester à l'avenir.

Oppholdet var helt ok! Hotellet var litt langt unna sentrum når man skulle gå, men trikken gikk ikke så langt unna. Litt for lite hotellrom og plass for å henge fra seg klær. Dårlig seng. Ellers var renhold og skifte av håndduker og sengetøy bra.

bon acceuil et proche de la gare mais sinon il y avait quelques problemes techniques tuyau de douche qui fuit,lavabo à moitié bouché et frigo tres bruyant !et on entends tout dans les chambres à coté sinon pour le prix payer cela reste convenable....

Sehr nah am Bahnhof und wichtigen Bus- und Tram-Linien. Die Mitarbeiter helfen auch gerne mit Tips weiter. In meinen Augen ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für allerlei Aktivitäten oder für einen kurzen Zwischenstop in dieser schönen Stadt. Auch gut zu Fuss vom Meer aus erreichbar (ca. 15 Minuten Spaziergang). Es ist die 3. Querstrasse hinter dem Bahnhof, […] im Quartier gibt es aber noch Restaurants und Kneipen, so dass ich mich bei meinem Fussmarsch auch bei Dunkelheit nicht unwohl gefühlt habe. Manch einem oder einer könnte das vielleicht schon etwas zu abseits sein. Ich empfehle das Hotel, weil es sauber, ruhig und trotzdem einigermassen zentral gelegen ist und das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich ist. Natürlich darf man kein Meerblick oder (unnötigen) Komfort erwarten. Read more

This hotel is a disaster. First of all BED BUGS. We had to go to the doktors when we got back home. Only one in the staff speaks english, and he doesnt work all the time of course. Impossible to get any help from the others. Almost all the rooms have windows facing the street, which means NO SLEEP any time because of the traffic and all the noise outside. […] I had ear plugs and it didnt help much.Probably not the safest street, gets pretty dark at night and some teen gangs hanging around. Location is not the best but ok. But I promise you will find around 30 2star hotels on the same street and surrounding streets with even better location and closness to the trainstation and city center, with much lower rates!!!. I know because we checked them out. Please make your self a big favour and STAY AWAY from this so called hotel. Read more

Séjour agréable, un personnel prévenant et très aimable. Les chambres sont confortables et très propre, les sanitaire était également propre. A noter la possibilité de stationner gratuitement devant l'hotel.

Trevlig personal och bra rum för priset. Jag och min partner tågluffade och vi stannade bara i två nätter och för oss var det perfekt. Hotellet ligger bara 2-3 gator från Nice tågstation och det är ca 20 minuters promenad till stranden (är man bekväm av sig kan man åka med den lokala spårvagnen).
