This is my second time staying at this hotel. Both times have been very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The location is quiet but no more than a five minute walk from Juan Les Pins shopping and restaurant area. It is an old style French hotel but the rooms I have been in have been very comfortable and clean.

Within easy reach of the beach, Des Congrès et Festivals is in Cannes (City Centre - Train Station), close to La Croisette, Cannes Harbour, and Palace of Festivals and Congress Hall. Also nearby are Forville Provencal Food Market and Rue d'Antibes.

The reception verified that I was in... town for business and moved me to a more quiet room (choice between bigger room at the front, but over a pub in the street, or smaller room at the back). The room was small but essentially correct. The hotel location is excellent for activities, shopping and transport (but not as close to the beach as other hotels). Alt er meget småt på dette hotel, mindst af alt er receptionen. Værelserne er alle små med 1,4 m seng og trænger til en makeover, der er lille køleskab på værelset. Den nye ejer er overordentlig opsat på at servicere gæsterne. Fin beliggenhed tæt på alt og dog roligt.

Et lite hotell med en meget hyggelig og omsorgsfull vert . Det var "rent og pent" på rommet. Og rommet var tydelig renovert, både bad og vinduer i de senere år. Hotellet ligger meget sentralt, i en sidegate fra Rue d'Antibes, som er en skikkelig handlegate - for den som liker å shoppe. Kan trygt anbefale hotellet
