I had a wonderful time in Paris. The rooms are efficient, modern and very clean. Very easy to get to Metro stations since its located between two stops. Highly recommend this hotel for the travelers who are looking for a decent hotel in a budget. I would definitely stay there again.

I nearly overlooked the Hotel Ambassade, as it's listed as a 2-star hotel, but I'm glad I read the reviews of other visitors first, and decided to give it a try. It's just a 5-minute walk from Victor Hugo metro station, which is one stop away from Line 1 into the city centre - really convenient for a short stay when time is limited. I arrived late, […] and the overnight concierge was efficient but not talkative; the daytime manager, however, was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small, but so are most in this price range, and if you want a clean, quiet and convenient base from which to explore the city for a weekend, you really can't go far wrong here. I had a 1st floor room, with a view of the street over the flowers in the window box. It had a double bed, desk, chair, stool, wardrobe and newly-refurbished en-suite bathroom - what more is necessary? The bed was very comfortable, with plenty of bedding. There was a radiator, and air conditioning. The street was fairly quiet at night, with just the odd vehicle to disturb the peace. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but found a boulangerie on on Victor Hugo Place which set me up for the day. If you visit the Tour Eiffel, try to go early - walk to Boissiere metro (2 mins) and go one stop to the Trocadero, from where you get an amazing view of the Tour before crossing the river. Others have recommended going at night, as it is open until midnight - I will definitely do that next time, and will be booking this hotel again! Read more

Asked for non-smoking room and given a smoking room at check in. This was changed immediately and everything was fine. Hotel location is very well situated to reach everything you need. Very handy for the transport to the airports and Metro lines. All in all a good well priced hotel.

Stille og rolig. Lite rom, men OK til overnatting. God seng (ikke veldig lang) med dyne. Moderne, lite bad der plassen er godt utnyttet. Rent og ryddig frokostrom under bakkenivå; passer ikke for personer med klaustrofobi. God frokost. Kort vei til Boissiere metrostasjon og til Triumfbuen.

O hotel fica entre a Torre Eifflel e o Arco do Triunfo. Dá pra fazer os principais pontos turísticos a pé. Quarto e banheiro muito limpo e todo reformado. Internet excelente. Local para guardar as bagagem caso precise chegar antes do horário do check-in, como foi o nosso caso. Na próxima vinda a Paris, ficarei neste hotel.

Voor relatief weinig geld een goede locatie met Eifeltoren, Arc en Champs op loopafstand. Rustige locatie, goed bed. Alles wel aan de kleine kant, maar was slechts om te slapen en dat ging uitstekend! Ga er zo weer naar toe als ik in Parijs wil zijn.

Looks much better on hotels.com than it really is! A hotel room in miniature - what we thought was a cupoard turned out to be the bathroom when we opened the doors. Just enough space to walk around the bed....although the room door couldn't be opened fully due to a hobbit sized "hall". Skipped breakfast at EUR 15 pp (!!) and ate at local cafes - a nice […] area with a local bakery, cafes and restaurants. Staff were not rude but quite nonchalent and some were very reluctant/unimpressed at the need to speak English - halloo, what century are we in guys?? Room was very clean. Walking distance to the Arch and the Eiffel tower. Good location if you fly into Beauvais. Yes Paris is expensive, but was this place worth the price - no. Read more

A goog hotel in all respects. Nice and tidy, clean rooms, good location, close to public transport and the superb and cheap bike rental. Even though we hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door, our room was cleaned while we were out. Both good and not so good just that. It was in the perfect location, and close to the metro station, Champ Elysees and Eiffel tower. Room was small but, clean and quiet. Good for rest, very valuable for econimic budget!
