Traveling with two little kids (5 & 1), we had the junior suite. It was very clean and spacious (paris hotels are notorious for small rooms). Staff were very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Location is great with the RER and metro right outside doorsteps. Starbucks just outside, two malls within blocks and a good shopping area while most major sites are within 30 minute walking. Reccomend.

The room was a little small but had twin beds, desk, chair, closet, and luggage stand. The windows opened and there was a fan available in the room if needed. Good cafes in the neighborhood. Metro station very close. We would use this hotel again.

This was our second stay at Hotel de Vendome and it topped the excellent experience that we enjoyed in November 2010. We were upgraded to a corner deluxe suite for an anniversary trip and welcomed with red rose petals in the room. Every detail of the hotel is first class with a very warm and friendly staff. Breakfast in the room every morning was a luxury followed by a walk in the Tuileries just a block from the hotel. If you're looking for the ultimate elegant boutique Parisian hotel, then you'll find it here. We'll be coming back to this one again. Bon voyage.

Good service and a decent area, very convinent location with a market of all food and goods! 2 mins walk from metro! Just a little far from center paris! Good service and polite reception!

"carofftel gobelins, 18 avenue de gobelins"
hotel was approx 30 mins walk from the popular tourist attractions ie notre dame etc...located near bus route and metro. hotel room was clean but was what we would call "tired and a bit shabby"....ok for a couple of nights but not for a longer stay.rated a 2* and that is what it is....... big minus point ...no kettle !!

Et rigtigt godt hotel, hvor servicen er helt i top. Hotellet ligger meget nær metro så det tager ingen tid at komme rundt til de forskellige seværdigheder Hotellet ligger i et hyggeligt milijø, hvor der er flere hyggelige restauranter, butikker og god stemning.

"Ottimo Carofftel Gobelins"
Hotel molto confortevole, camere pulite e ambiente tranquillo, nessun rumore di traffico. Posizione hotel strepitosa, permette di raggiungere in pochissimo tempo uno dei quartieri più belli di Parigi. Lo consiglio.
"Bra boalternativ"
Helt greit to stjerners hotell i akseptabel avstand til byen. Kort vei til metro. Bra strøk, med gode restauranter. Kan anbefales.
