Traveling with two little kids (5 & 1), we had the junior suite. It was very clean and spacious (paris hotels are notorious for small rooms). Staff were very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Location is great with the RER and metro right outside doorsteps. Starbucks just outside, two malls within blocks and a good shopping area while most major sites are within 30 minute walking. Reccomend.

The room was a little small but had twin beds, desk, chair, closet, and luggage stand. The windows opened and there was a fan available in the room if needed. Good cafes in the neighborhood. Metro station very close. We would use this hotel again.

This was our second stay at Hotel de Vendome and it topped the excellent experience that we enjoyed in November 2010. We were upgraded to a corner deluxe suite for an anniversary trip and welcomed with red rose petals in the room. Every detail of the hotel is first class with a very warm and friendly staff. Breakfast in the room every morning was a luxury followed by a walk in the Tuileries just a block from the hotel. If you're looking for the ultimate elegant boutique Parisian hotel, then you'll find it here. We'll be coming back to this one again. Bon voyage.

Good service and a decent area, very convinent location with a market of all food and goods! 2 mins walk from metro! Just a little far from center paris! Good service and polite reception!

Located in Paris (Gare d'Austerlitz - Place d'Italie), Media is close to Jardin des Plantes, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Pantheon. Also nearby are Sorbonne University and Luxembourg Gardens.
Hotel Features.
Wireless Internet access is available in public areas (surcharges apply). The staff can arrange concierge services and tour/ticket assistance. Additional amenities include multilingual staff, room service (during limited hours), and a safe deposit box at the front desk.

"Hôtel Média rue de la reine blanche"
Accueil correcte, la chambre rénové récemment dans le minimum (papier peinture) les fenêtres ne sont pas en double vitrage et donc les bruits de la rue sont une gêne, la chambre était froide, les chauffages à fond ne chauffait pas, les meubles dates pour certains des années 60-70, le radiateur de la salle de bain était vétuste et ne chaffait pas non […] plus, de plus le soir il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude, et le matin elle était légèrement tiède. "hotel media paris tout juste correct"
à la lecture des commentaires déjà lus,je m attendais à pire.. positif:situation,quartier calme,petit dej à 6€ avec un vrai croissant!literie correcte. négatif: fenetre de chb qui ne ferme pas !(heureusement il faisait beau),moquette à changer,salle de resto peu engageante,(tres vetuste matérel en dépôt),facture manuelle,30' dexplications pr obtenir […] le calcul de la TVA sur celleci.. "Hôtel quelconque"
Incroyable: c'est hôtel est classé 3 étoiles. Il le meritait sans doute il y a au moins 30 ans. Hôtel défraichi et à rénover au plus vite. Dans ma chambre deux lampes sur trois ne fonctionnaient pas. Le personnel appartient à la même famille et n'est pas du tout professionnel. Je recommande d'éviter cet hôtel.
