The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. It was not clear though how to get there since no information was provided at the time of reservation, and people at the airport information center sent us in the wrong direction. And yet there is an excellent complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. The area where the hotel is located has been abandoned since the government plans to expand the airport facilities; the houses are boarded up. It is a sad place, but it was a convenient stay for one night before the flight.

This hotel was just two short blocks from the Central Train station. We also thought the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend the hotel. The room was very spacious with living area and bedroom. Internet is available but keep in mind they charge for the access by the hour.

The location is in between the Centrale train station and the city center (the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele). The hotel is a 2-min walk from the Metro station. I saw many business people staying in this hotel. The room isn't big, but other than that everything is good. It's comfortable and clean, hotel staff is helpful, and breakfast has sufficient variety.

Very convenient if flying through Malpensa - shuttle service on-demand, and food available throughout the night.

"Authentic old world Italien in Como's best locatio"
Our first trip to Lake Como. We had a 2 room suite for the first 2 nights, Sparse, well appointed & large. Great beds. We loved Como & the hotel so much we wanted to stay a third night. It being New Year's Eve the only beds available were in the hostel in two rooms each with 2 bunks. Spotless, great bedding again, public bathrooms very nice and spotless. […] The buildings are great-rambling, lots of court yards, very old world. The hotel owns the pizzaria next door that is the only place one would want to eat in Como. The owners are terrific and helpful. It coud not be in a more ideal spot facing the lake and at the edge of the plaza. If you are picky about standard hotel ammenities, I would not recommend here. Great place for the price. The room was perfect for a family of five. It had everything we needed beds, bathroom and towels. It is a great place to explore Como from. Many restaurants near to the hotel and the Fenicular

The hotel is located close to the bus terminal, the North Lake Como train station, restaurants and within a block of the lake. My husband and I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, the staff very helpfull, and the breakfast most appealing. We would definately recommend the hotel.

"Great value for the money."
Located right in the center of Como, it was perfect for walking around the city. The hotel was very nice and extremely clean. Air conditioning worked well, it was quiet at night and the en suite bath was very clean. We arrived well before check-in time and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Note that the place was hard to find when driving […] in from Milan. Our GPS didn't do well with all the small streets, so we went round and round until we finally found it. "Great price for the area"
Great service and super friendly. No breakast in winter/spring, old, little tv, but you'll have to pay a lot more for a place that maybe isn't that much better.

We had the Bunk Bed rooms - Very clean & Air conditioned at night. Separate but big & clean showers. Exceptional value for location 1 min to the lake, some dearer rooms have lake views, staff friendly & helpful. Great all you can eat continental breakfast. Try the huge €5 Pizza in the restaurant. Bijzonder goed gelegen, met (betaald) parkeergelegenheid van het hotel. Kleine kamer met alleen ruimte voor de bedden, maar goed en sanitair (extern) ook prima.

"Pratique"
Hôtel sur le bord du lac de Côme et à deux pas du centre et des départs de bateaux. Accueil sympa et petit déjeuner complet. Douches et toilettes communes mais propres. Seul bémol, dormir dans un lit superposé quand on fait un voyage en amoureux...
Hôtel tres bien situé dans Come à deux pas du lac et du vieux Come. Salle de bain commune avec plusieurs chambre mais spacieuse et- bien équipée. Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner buffet en terasse tres agréable.

Sehr einfaches Hotel, aber für den Preis in Ordnung. Überraschend gutes Frühstück. Für ein bis zwei Nächte ausreichend, sonst definitiv zu niedriger Standard. Lage hervorragend, zu Fuss 5 min. in die Altstadt, 3 min. zum Schiffsanleger.

"Betten leider nicht so bequem..."
Hotel ist sehr nett und gut gelegen. Leider sind die Betten nicht bequem und die Fensterläden lassen sich nicht lichtdicht schliessen.
