"Nära utgrävningarna och katedralen"
Vi stannade på hotellet en natt just för att besöka sevärdheterna. För detta låg hotellet jättebra. Hotellpersonalen var mycket tillmötesgående och deras trädgård var verkligen mysig.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"great location, good hotel"
the location towards the pompei-ruins is perfect. 15 minutes walk to the entrance. In the centre but in a quiet deadend street. The hotel is brandnew and really comfortable. And the reception is SO GOOD! 100% friendly and perfect info about restaurants etc etc.The breakfastbuffet is basic, like in all Italy. One can pick some fruits for the trip.

Ottima posizione per visitare Pompei, molto, molto soddisfatti.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very pleasant stay"

Very helpful staff. Very clean rooms and great breakfast. Very good position , close to restaurants and 10 mins to walk to ruins. Also able to book tours. We took bus to Vesuvius and were picked up and dropped off at hotel. Lovely garden to enjoy afternoon drink. Would recommend this without hesitation.
"Nice place for a stay in Pompeii"

Welcoming and charming hotel. Very well located near by the ancient city of Pompeii. Located in the city center but you don't feel it from your room. People working there are very kind. you can enjoy the garden under lemon trees or enjoy a walk around the block. Breakfast is correct.
"Friendly and helpful hotel"

Stayed at Hotel Diana in late July for 5 nights. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to assist us in planning our day trips. The hotel rooms were very clean and well maintained, had a family room for 4 people, 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds. It was a bit tight, but only in their when asleep. Hired a car which we parked free of charge in the hotel car park, only 20-30 minutes drive to Herculaneum and Vesuvius, and good location to drive right along the Amalfi coast. I would highly recommend this hotel, and it was the cheapest place we found in Pompeii to buy a large bottle of Peroni :-)
"Convenient location in the centre of Pompeii"

Close to the centre of Pompeii town. Good clean rooms although a bit on the small side. Great rates. We stayed just for one night and it served the purpose. Quiet location near many restaurants and pizzerias.
"Great hotel, close to the excavations."

We spent 3 nights here in July as a family of four. We arrived at the Trentalia train station, which is about 100 yards from the hotel. From the start the staff went out of their way to be helpful and we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was good, the breakfast plentiful and it was nice to have a glass of something in the garden after a hot day's sightseeing. I disagree with people who say you're better off staying in Sorrento-Pompei is a small town, but it doesn't feel touristy away from the ruins and there are at least two good restaurants, which we sampled. It also felt completely safe, unless the odd stray dog freaks you out.
"great place at short notice"

i need accom at short notice and had be using Alessandro in the Sorrento Train station information office. He was able to get me a single room within an hour at a great price. Hotel is very modern and clean. Breakfast is standard Italian and the staff very helpful

We booked this hotel just the day before, having decided at the last minute to stay overnight. This booking was based on tripadvisor and expedia reviews. These were spot on. The Hotel is up a narrow side alley but has free, safe car parking. The hotel reception was clean, the receptionists all spoke excellent English and were very helpful indeed with advice and directions to all nearby attractions. We were roomed in the Hotel Diana annex, about 50 yds away and in a nearby courtyard. On entering, the building appeared a little dusty and dingy, but our room, marble floored, very well decorated and immaculately clean was very good indeed. The window offered very little view. The annex, whilst very quiet, was just 50 yds from the town main square, which was very nice and had numerous dining options nearby. It was a 200yd level walk to the entrance of the Pompeii historic ruins at the amphitheatre end. Breakfast the next morning was in the basement of the main hotel building, buffet and continental style in the immaculate dining room. Plenty of it, very good quality indeed and with very good service. If I was to return to Pompeii, this is most definitely the Hotel that I would choose. I would unhesitatingly recommend it to others seeking location, cleanliness, customer service and value.
"The perfect hotel"

This is "the perfect" hotel. Perfectly clean, close to train and center, personal and gentle service, good price, amazing atmosphere, beautiful garden with all kind of citrus!! you can take breakfast in the garden and aperitif in the afternoon too.
"Great hotel, great location"

Great find in Pompei - 5 minutes walk from the station and bus stop; 15 minutes walk to the ruins. Staff were extremely friendly and informative. Room was clean, small but comfortable. The garden out the back was a real treat: lined with orange trees, we enjoyed refreshing cocktails there after a strenuous afternoon at the ruins (that are absolutely fantastic, though sadly neglected due to lack of funding). When we took the train to Herculenaeum the following morning, our two friends stayed behind and enjoyed a peaceful morning reading in the garden. This is a generational family run hotel - not luxurious but more than adequate for a stop over in Pompei to visit the ruins.
"Mixed.....backpacker rooms, lovely garden terrace"

Very cheap....100 Euros per night, for a four bed room (with bunks for children) - stayed one night on our way to Rome to visit Pompeii ruins. Super friendly staff and great coffee in the morning....nice terrace garden for late evening wine pre-bed. Excellent position close to the ruins, and highly recommended if you are on a budget or there for just a night.... free parking also available. Great pizzeria close by called pizza&pasta (pizza E pasta in some guides).
