"Great Hotel in Great Area"
Great hotel, great location, great price. The room was small yet it worked for two of us. Plenty of storage space. Loved having a fridge in the room. Staff was terrific and helpful. Would stay again in a minuteGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to the sights."
Location and friendly people. We saw so many lovely parts of Paris within walking distance. The hotel is charming and the management went all ouy to make us comfortable. The water tour is outstanding. We found many great restaurants and cute wine stops. In a few days we packed many memories.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This is a very good, small hotel in a great location with very pleasant and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again. We were pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the room, although it was a bit small. The location was ideal for us, as it was within walking distance of most of the sites we wanted to visit. Several good restaurants […] are nearby, also. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This is a prototypical Paris hotel, small rooms, small closets, but lots of charm and absolutely perfectly adequate. We had a wonderful time and the ease of access to our hotel and our room helped a lot. The concierge was more than helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Gem in the 6th"
Enjoyed a recent stay here. Fantastic location in our favorite 6th Ar. A somewhat typical Parisian hotel, smaller rooms, bath, small elevator, however it was all good. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, room was very clean. As a bonus it's located on a quiet street, got a very restful sleep after our 10 hour flight. Reasonable price too.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Romantic atmosphere and building. Excellent location. Will stay there next time I visit Paris.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location, very convenient."
Excellent value. Very nice staff, quite helpful. The room was small (as described by others), but more than adequate if you are out exploring all day and using the room for sleeping (found it very quiet) and changing. It is too small for families. Restaurants all around, and just a few minutes walk from the RER from/to CDG.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Friendly service - convenient location"
Staff very accommodating. Great location. Comfortable clean room. Nice bathroom for Paris hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lovely hotel, Super location"
Lovely, quaint hotel in the best neighborhood in Paris. Bedding/pillows could be updated. Cafe/restaurant next door gets a bit loud, but that isn't the hotel's fault. Very clean room, very friendly & amenable staff. Everyone was helpful with my requests and questions, without fail. Free Wifi is a bonus.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful location and staff, but"
This small hotel is just a half-block from St. Germain des Pres Blvd. and within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and museums. The rooms were small but adequate and the staff was amiable and very helpful. The downside was occupying a room on the 2nd floor in the front just over the street. Many late night revelers would wander past […] from the bars & restaurants shouting and carrying on. Our friends on the 5th floor rear said it was much quieter there. "The photographer is a genius"
The website looks great and shows wonderful pictures. The photographer is a genius, the interrior designer is not. What looks like a real find during booking becomes quite a disappointment once you see your room. Sad as you don't really want to go back after a day out in what is a wonderful city.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hotel de Fleurie"
Tucked down a little side street conveniently close to the metro and only 4 stops away from Gare de Nord. Hotel de Fleurie is situated in a good location to experience the hustle and bustle of the city. Only a 10 minute walk away from the Seine and not far from Notre Dame - it offered accommodation which was clean and fresh, with working air con - a […] must in the heat! The double glazing stopped all street noise (which there was some, from the bar and restaurant next door) The one thing it lacked for me was a garden and we chose to buy a coffee and croissant for two euros rather than pay the 13 for breakfast - which is about standard, but our preference was to eat out on the street. The hotel was a little noisy with some door slamming going on but we didn't hear anything from the next room once they were in and the spiral stair case was charming. The gentleman on reception during the day was helpful and courteous - one guy who was on at night seemed like he was sort of looking after it, whilst everyone else was out. A little different in characture. All in all an ok stay. I would recommend it, when booked through a site like Expedia as the prices on the room doors for the seasons were a lot higher! "great small hotel in the center of Paris"
I have stayed at this hotel many times over many years. The rooms are small but who goes to Paris to stay in the room. The staff is excellent, very helpful. The location is excellent whether one wants access to all of Paris by Metro, bus, taxi or footGenuine Expedia guest review
Quiet and convenient, breakfast buffet looked uninspiringGenuine Expedia guest review
This is a fabulous hotel, and I would definitely like to stay here again Situated in the lovely neighbourhood of St Gemain and just of St Germain Boulevard. Very close to Rue Buci which is a favourite street for me. Hotel staff are very good and most helpful. Fully recommend this Hotel to people that wish to stay in the St Germain or Latin area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Small,clean, great location"
The staff was wonderful, rooms were small but clean, and the location was fabulous!Genuine Expedia guest review
Great hideaway tucked very central to everything. Room was clean & comfortable, staff friendly. Location and room were also safe & secure for solo women travellers. Plenty of cafés (and a Starbucks!), bank, restaurants all 1-2 min walk away, Metro is a block. I found that taxis also congregated close by if required, or easy to flag on the road (we used […] it once for the airport). RER is one station away, also walking distance. I would recommend to anyone! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Decent hotel in great area"
The main advantage of Hotel Fleurie is the location - just off Blvd St Germain, very close to Odeon Metro station. The hotel itself is nice enough - it's pretty basic and can be noisy at night due to the thin walls & leaking taps seemingly everywhere. But it's a decent option in a fantastic part of Paris.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quiet street, but in the middle of everything"
I am used to staying in boutique hotels in St. Germain De Pres. This hotel exceeded my expectations as I was looking for something less expensive this time. Large room by Paris standards, nicely appointed, a block from the Metro and numerous restaurant options.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice, clean and service minded staff"
As expected (and thanks to other reviews from earlier guests), the room was very small, as was the bed. A little bit to hard for me, and the feet longer than the bed, which I am used to, and is not problematic at all. No view at all, also as expected, which can be a good thin in Paris because it means less noise from the streets below. Very nice and […] new bathroom with perfect space! Good service at the reception and location is perfect.

Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Super beliggenhed i det bedste kvarter."
Godt middel hotel, men lidt oversolgt på billederne. Til gengæld pænt rent og god betjening. Beliggenhed helt super i centrum.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Genuine Expedia guest review

"Uno dei migliori nel quartiere latino"
Per lavoro sono spesso a parigi nei pressi di Saint Germain e questo è sicuramente uno dei migliori 3 stelle come rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sono solo un po' rigidi come organizzazione: le camere le consegnano alle 15 e se arrivi al mattino non provano nemmeno a facilitarti l'accesso.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Cozy Corner right in the middle of Paris"
11/14/14 Saunders80 Leicestershire Engalnd
What a find. Right in the Latin quarter of Paris. Lovely room - we had a double delux. Well decorated and I think the bathroom and seperate toilet had been recently redecorated. Lots of hot water, comfy bed - two singles pushed together. This hotel was right in the middle of the Latin quarter about a 3 minute walk from the metro (Odeon). Just be mindful that the rooms facing the street were a little noisey but hey!. Everything is in easy strolling distance - the river, Notre Dame, Louvre, d'Orsay and much more. Cafes and shops to die for all reasonable. Not one bad meal. We last visited Paris 30+ years ago and things have deffinately improved. The French want us there and made us very welcome.
"Our "go to" place since it opened"
11/12/14 luvroma2 Reading, PA
This hotel is reasonably priced (for Paris) and is in a perfect location. The staff is very helpful, competent and professional and most of them have been there for many years. Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy so be sure you have ear plugs to filter out the noise. There is free wi-fi but we had to go to the lobby to access the connection. There are also computers for use (free) in the lobby.
"Charming French Boutique style Hotel in Paris"
11/02/14 AmyMaisonDecor Boston, Massachusetts
Our first night in Paris was spent at this cute little hotel. Its in a great area in Paris in the St Germaine district, very safe and plenty of nice shops and cafes abound here. Very clean, comfortable beds, and pleasant staff that spoke English. Rooms are small but efficient and decorated with traditional french wallpapers and bedding, with striped silk curtains and full length window/doors with balconies. We loved it!
"PERFECT LOCATION. GREAT HOTEL. WE WILL BE BACK"
09/30/14 David R Cleveland, Ohio
This hotel was recommended to us by a person who stay's at the hotel a few times a year. We travel to Paris often and have always wanted to find the perfect boutique Hotel. Hotel De Fleurie is the Hotel we have been looking for. PERFECT location that allows you to walk to every main attraction. Nice comfortable rooms with free wifi and comfortable beds. A nice breakfast and helpful staff. We will be back often. If you do not know anything about Paris, this is a fantastic area with tons of Cafe's and shops. You can walk to all the museums and parks. The Luxemburg place and gardens are right at the corner. Cafe de Flore and Cafe Duex Magots are right around the corner. Notre Dame is about 5 minutes away. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to stay in Paris.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. As a female solo traveller I enjoyed the convenient access to restaurants and sight seeing destinations. It's a easy walk to the Seine etc. and the metro is just one block away. I hope to stay here again soon.
"Our very favorite Paris hotel for 25 years"
09/18/14 Gerson S Washington DC, District of Columbia
Hotel de Fleurie is a modest boutique hotel in the St.-Germain district, in the heart of Paris's Left Bank. It is far and away our favorite hotel in Paris, and has been for some 25 years. Its location is perfect, one block from the Odeon Metro, in a very hip area. It is meticulously clean and very European. This means that the rooms, except for the most expensive ones, are on the small side and some of the bathrooms are positively tiny but adequate. Breakfasts in the "cave" (a former wine cellar) are lovely. The proprietors are very pleasant and efficient. It has gotten relatively more expensive over the years, but considering its location it is still an excellent value. We highly recommend Hotel de Fleurie to our friends and they all love it. We hope to return again and again.
"Cute boutique hotel in a great location"
09/18/14 Piddeaux Louisiana
We were very happy with the hotel. It is a cute quintessential European hotel but it had a lot more space and amenities (great breakfast, fast wireless, nice computers and printers for guests) than we expected. The staff was so helpful and nice. Location is ideal. It is right off a main boulevard so it was convenient but still tucked away enough to not be noisy. It's close to the Odeon metro stop, as well as lots of cafes, and very close to the Luxembourg Gardens. The price was also very reasonable. We would recommend this place again.
"Great location for a good price"

This was a nice boutique hotel on a quiet street in Saint Germain de Pres. A close walk to Luxembourg Gardens, the Seine River, Notre Dame and many nice cafes and restaurants. The room was not large but was very clean. The staff at the front desk was also very helpful with directions around the city. I would stay here again when I'm back in the city.

Charming small hotel-- perfectly located a short block from Odeon metro station, and a stone's throw from Blvd. St. Germain. We stayed in what's called a classic double, and although it was small, it was well-arranged and cozy. The room faced the front of the hotel -the busier but lighter side- but we could block out any noise just by closing the windows. All rooms evidently have a small fridge and a coffee maker, which was nice. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. We will be back!!!!
"Small, noisy, hot"
09/07/14 TravelinJabbo Eau Claire, Wisconsin
Although we had spent a week in Paris before, at that time we stayed in an apartment- so we didn't have any experience with Paris hotels. After encountering this hotel in a travel blog, and reading positive reviews here- I decided it looked like a good option. They arranged a taxi to retrieve us from the train station- which wasn't as smooth as we hoped. The driver was 20 min late, made us drag our luggage two blocks to his taxi, and brought us to the un- impressive front of the hotel. It was quite difficult lt to get out of the car and unload because of the numerous bikes and motorcycles lined up along the curb. He required cash. Check in was simple. They were unimpressed with the taxi issues - "c'est Paris, n'est pas?". Nobody to help with bags if needed - but we were ok on our own. Thankfully, there was an elevator to our floor. We had a Classic Double Room facing the street for 220€ per night. The room was tiny. The rooms are described as 15 sq m - which is about 161 sq feet. In the US a basic hotel room runs more like 300 sq feet. There was no room to climb out of the left side of the bed if the curtains were drawn, and it was not possible to sit normally on the toilet and actually close the bathroom door. We learned to use it sidesaddle - maybe that is how the French do it? The room was clean, but not particularly quaint. The quality of the towels and linens was unimpressive; the bed was a foam mattress on slats (and actually wasn't too bad); the pillows weren't the most comfortable. The bathroom had a hair dryer, shampoo, and tiny soaps. Bath and face towels- no washcloths. There was a minibar, and a breakfast downstairs - neither of which we used. There was plenty of hot water, a decent shower, and adequate mirrors. There were adequate electrical outlets and moderately good WiFi. There is a safe in the closet- but it is actually on the floor! Placed so low that even squatting or kneeling one can't read the instructions. I had to lie on the floor to read how to use it. Thereafter, I could bend over and input the keys upside down. The room appears to have new carpeting- but it is thin, unpadded, brown office carpeting that really doesn't match the room. The hotel is advertised as having air conditioning- but not if you're here after Labor Day. The air conditioning is centrally controlled by someone downstairs. So someone else decides if you deserve AC. I guess we didn't. When you try to activate it, you get a message it isn't available, so we were stuck with the fan on high, which you couldn't really feel anyway. Fortunately, when we were there the weather was in the 60-70's - so we could open the windows and get some cool air. But, it was still quite warm. But opening the windows created some new issues. Directly across the narrow street from our room were large classrooms full of students- so walking around the room with the windows and curtains open felt like one was on display. If the curtains were closed, there wasn't any air flow. And the curtains did not close completely anyway, and required using my wife's hair clips to hold them shut. The students seemed distracted enough as it was, so putting on a show didn't seem like a good idea. And then, there was the noise. Not just your basic white street noise- but a cacophny of continuous loud noise reverberating down the street-- traffic sirens, revving motorcycles, drunken screaming, and garbage trucks making unimaginable clatter in the early hours. The location was convenient - but not particularly picturesque. The quaint side street described is 1/4 block off Rue st. Germaine, which is a very busy city street, with much traffic and sirens 24/7. So - this hotel is OK- and may be a good deal by Paris standards, but doesn't have the amenities to be a luxury hotel, nor the atmosphere to be called a boutique hotel. I'm not sure how to categorize it, but I'd have trouble recommending it. Usually when I read Tripadvisor reviews I discount the particularly bad ones as representing unusual situations or people. In this case, I should have listened. If you do stay there and actually plan to sleep be sure to bring: ear plugs and an eye mask, sedatives, and clips to hold the curtains together. You may also consider washcloths and hair conditioner (if you need them), and your own personal fan. Get the biggest room you can.
