This was by far the best hotel my daughter and I stayed in during our Europe vacation. The room was large and clean, the bathroom ladies was designed for us. Large standup shower very large separate tub, towel warmer and large sink and was very clean. The price is really good for this quality.

Great place but a bit off the center of the city - but closer to Industrial area of Origgio. Malpensa is about 45 KM away with a very good Malpensa-Milan Express train service available to Seranno and Linnate about 60 KM away. Milan Station is about 45 minutes away by taxi on a good day. Train service from Serrano to Milan (close to hotel) is infrequent. Service provided is excellent with the staff being cheerful and helpful. Breakfast is good as in most of Europe (unlike England!). Great room size and well maintained.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel last week. This hotel is in a great location and thoughtfully desiged in a modern way. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the location is great, near Corso Como, one of the more fashionable areas in Milan. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We reserved a quad room. Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready so a rude older man put us in 2 separate rooms. When checking out, the rude reception girl told us that our reservation (which wasn't nor were we notified of such) and said we had to pay for the 2 separate rooms. They are very unprofessional and obviously do not know the meaning of service […] and hospitality. Also, ghetto elevator that barely holds 2 people on the fourth floor of some random office and housing building. 15 min. walk from nearest subway station. Not near anything. DO NOT STAY HERE. Spent a night at this hotel before catching a flight home and the staff was very helpful. The room was alright, nothing fancy, but a decent clean bed to sleep in, a sink and a shower in our private room and some very nice bathrooms out in the hall.

Hotellet og værelserne er som et typisk 1. stjernet hotel i en storby. Dog er det største minus personalet, det er så lidt service minded at man skulle tro at det er løgn.
