Very comfortable. Informative owner with good suggestions on sites in area. Very clean and up to date. No wifi in rooms. Great breakfast and made you feel welcome. Off the beaten track. Must have GPS.

I stayed at this hotel in 2007 because it was the least expensive and modern hotel close to Modena and Maranello. The Hotel is clean and relative in new conditions 5 years later. It is still the best price and with free internet and breakfast. The room had the optional sofa and the size is not bad.

We only stayed one night at this hotel while driving through Parma. We would have loved to stay longer. We had a large suite for our family of 4. Bathroom was large with double sinks and jetted tub and shower. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety and local specialties. Breakfast and wifi was included. The hotel is also a spa, though we were unable to try out the thermal pool. We were disappointed it was only open 10-7. Beds were hard and pillows flat, but the hotel was beautiful and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was a small suburb of Parma with the Parma city center only about 10 minutes drive away. Excellant pizzeria across the street!

Hotel was nice, the staff was helpful and some knew English. The breakfasts were very overpriced but decent (typical Euro breakfast). There wasn't enough parking in the hotel lot, but having it available was nice, and the parking around the hotel was available for a small fee. The room itself was nice, but like all Euro beds, it was hard and just two smaller beds pushed together, with flat pillows. The TV was small, like all Euro hotels. The bathroom and shower was very nice, but not much lighting. All in all, the place was nice and I'd recommend it, but it was overpriced.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 3 notti io e mia moglie in occasione del ponte del 25 aprile, per concederci una piccola vacanza. Siamo rimasti entrambi molto soddisfatti, l'hotel è di bell'aspetto ed è situato a circa 10 km dal centro di Parma e dispone di parcheggio interno. La camera è accogliente, in ordine e profuma di "pulito" anche l'aria […] che si respira (non capita sempre) camera e bagno con box doccia sono decisamente spaziose, ben oltre la media. E' presente il frigo bar ed anche un bollitore con cui è possibile preparare the o caffè solubili offerti dall'hotel. I materassi sono di buona qualità, si può riposare bene, le camere sono insonorizzate adeguatamente. La colazione è "generosa" e di buona qualità, non mancano croissant freschi e vari altri dolci, nutella, yogurt e spremute... Un plauso anche al personale che in ogni circostanza si è dimostrato gentile , cortese e disponibile. Lo consigliamo senz'altro e se avremo occasione ci torneremo sicuramente; un hotel tre stelle tutte meritate e con una marcia in più; ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Si puo raggiungere il centro di Parma con bus fermata a pochi passi dall'hotel, (ogni ora) o in auto; si puo scegliere il parcheggio a pagamento (ce ne sono vari) o per chi non ha paura di fare 4 passi, si puo scegliere il parcheggio libero di viale della villetta (zona cimitero) e in 15-20' a piedi si è in centro (in alternativa, da qui si puo prendere il bus 1 che in 5' ti porta in centro) CONSIGLIATO Read more

I forhold til hvad vi betalte for to værelser på vores vej tilbage til Milano, så var det helt fint. Værelserne er pæne, og morgenmaden fin. Selve stedet og hotellets udseende er ikke så charmerende. Men vi kørte en tur ind til Parma, som er en rigtig hyggelig by.

Un petit peu difficile à trouver surtout si on a un mauvais GPS mais hôtel vraiment bien et pas cher du tout comparé à beaucoup d'autres hôtels italiens. Il mérite vraiment ses 3 étoiles. A 10 min en voiture de Parme. Chambre spacieuse et très propre à part une odeur désagréable lorsque nous sommes entrés qui devait être surement dûe aux produits de […] nettoyage et une ampoule grillée dans la sdb que nous avons signalé et qui n'a pas été changée. Un accueil très chaleureux et des chambres étonnement grandes. Deco un peu simpliste qui ne justifie pas forcément les étoiles annoncées. Mais la gentillesse du personnel mérite de s y arrêter.

L'hôtel Campus est trés facile d'accés et bien situé pour ceux qui veulent visiter la région de Parme. L'accueil y est agréable et il est vrai que le petit déjeuner est varié (italo-international) et de qualité. Le probléme est qu'il est situé en bordure d'une route nationale et qu'il est peu insonorisé, donc un peu trop bruyant quand on veut dormir. […] D'autre part en cas d'orage si vous êtes au dernier étage il y a un risque de fuite d'eau par le plafond, ce qui a été mon cas mais la réactivité du personnel m'a permis de changer de chambre rapidement.
