      This hotel, even though a Best Western, is dated, bare hardwood floors, old non-descriptive furniture but clean and has an electric hot water heater with coffee and tea in the room which is great. Breakfast was surprisingly plentiful and good, however, this hotel has no restaurant which is a shame because one has to find one in the area. Walking one can easily get lost in Genoa because of all the narrow little streets linkng each other. Ther is a very good supermarket in walking distance calle Coop just in case. I stayed there twice, before and after my cruise, check in was very early and they checked me in immediately which is a plus after a flight and early arrival in town. Taxi fare from airport to hotel Euro 25 - 30, Euro 10 - 15 to and from cruise port. Taxis are right in front of the hotel or they call you one to be available within five minutes. Another plus.

      I was there for 2 weeks. They have amazing staff in reception. We take 6 rooms They help us with every thing One of my friends lost the bag They contact with airport and do every thing Always they help us with resturant reserviation. With the city guideline In general really amazing

      We love this hotel. It re-creates the era of elegance. Truly competent and friendly staff. Cocktail hour in the grand lobby is superb. the drinks are delicious and the snacks were a real treat. Our room was large, quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to the old district and waterfront. See all the sights on foot.

      We picked this hotel as the base to visit cinque terra. Hotel turned out to be great. Parking was easy and room was very large. Access to train station was really easy as well. Would recommend this hotel to those wanting to visit cinque terra, but who don't want to deal with the hassle of actually staying in the small villages.

    A pretty hotel, and 10 minute walk to the train station. But the bed was the hardest I've ever slept on.

    Extremely nice, polite, welcoming and helpful staff. Very romantic hotel. Our room was large and had its own balcony, perfect! You can reach the beach promenade and the Nervi garden easily by foot. The only drawback that we found is that the pool that belongs to the hotel is extremely small and that there is no place to sunbath nearby it (we solved […] this by going to a local piscine on the beach promenade).
