We are very satisfy with this hotel. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Florence central station. Excellent restaurant next door with 10% for hotel guests. We stayed in one of the unit with kitchen. There are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Hotel staff is very helpful. They even helped us to print out train tickets when we purchased on line. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we went to Florence again.

The staff here were fabulous, even calling our hotel in Rome before we left them to ask a question for us. The room for two adults, a 6'+ 15 yr old and a 16 yr old was more then big enough and bright and airy. The bell tower outside the window was beautiful. Staying here you are close to the Duomo and convenient to the train station, which is fabulous when you are training between cities in Rome. We would most definitely stay here again!

Hotel Monica is very close to the train station and very close to all the major tourist sights in Florence. When you stay here, you can walk to all the sights without using taxi or buses. Monica hotel a in a good position, the room a clean and tidy and the breakfast good. we found the room very hot at night... didn't sleep well, because the air conditioner wasn't cool. we aked the manager a couple of times to check things, which he did... but no change. ... perhaps don't go in summer!

We stayed at a big room with 1 double-bed and 2 single-bed(for 3 people!) in 2 nights. The room had air conditioner and private bathroom(actually, at night, some ants appeared at the bathroom). The room was a little dark, but it had a big window.(I don't recommend keeping the window opened because of mosquito) The staffs were very friendly and kindly. […] Breakfast buffet was really tasty! :) you can have breakfast in terrace. This hotel was located near to S.M.N station(the main station of Florence), main landmarks, restaurants and market. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de trenes, el señor de la recepción es muy amable y habla más o menos español, es cómodo para una corta estadía. Lo único malo, son las escaleras ¡cargando maletas!

Prettig hotel, prettige mensen; de locatie is fantastisch, alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand en voor autobezitters: vlak om de hoek is een garage waar het hotel afspraken mee heeft gemaakt en daar kun je je auto comfortabel kwijt.
