We are very satisfy with this hotel. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Florence central station. Excellent restaurant next door with 10% for hotel guests. We stayed in one of the unit with kitchen. There are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Hotel staff is very helpful. They even helped us to print out train tickets when we purchased on line. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we went to Florence again.

The staff here were fabulous, even calling our hotel in Rome before we left them to ask a question for us. The room for two adults, a 6'+ 15 yr old and a 16 yr old was more then big enough and bright and airy. The bell tower outside the window was beautiful. Staying here you are close to the Duomo and convenient to the train station, which is fabulous when you are training between cities in Rome. We would most definitely stay here again!

This hotel was fantastic. Massimo, Sara and staff were so warm and friendly. The location in relation to restraurants, sightseeing, transport, churches... and shopping could not have been better. Air conditioning was great throughout the whole of the hotel as we had a week of very warm weather. An excellent continental breakfast awaited us every morning and the coffee was first class! The Albion Hotel has been one of the best hotels in which I have stayed during my time in Europe. Although old, the room and common areas were very clean. The staff was fantastic. They spoke english quite well, and were more than willing to accomidate us with everything from advice on where to eat to regional train schedules. The hotel is a 5 min walk […] from Santa Maria Novella train station, and about a 10 min walk to the heart of Florentine history. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel and the service has a great personal touch. We felt welcome and our family needs were taken into account. The building is quite old and not built for the purpose. That has some side effects, like poor sound proofing (noise from the street and corridor) and no elevator. The hotel is fairly well located considering […] the main sights and I guess that's why the price is quite high as well. Price/quality in general is not very good, but in Florence it's pretty ok. Veldig praktisk beliggenhet ift togstasjon (bare noen få kvartaler å gå) og kort avstand til det meste annet. Rommet var rent og pent og ikke så verst romslig. Mye støy utenfra bortsett fra noen få timer midt på natta, men det ble vi bare vant til. Vertskapet var særdeles hyggelige mennesker som ga oss flere gode råd i løpet av oppholdet, både om steder […] å spise og severdigheter. Отличный отель для тех кто ищет покоя в самом центре города. Есть возможность приехать на машине и припарковаться в частном гараже хозяев отеля, в шаговой доступности исторический центр города. Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Зимой может быть прохладно, тк отапливается номер кондиционером.

The staff are helpful. Location is convenient. Towel is ok but not the usual ones you will use in hotel and at home. Our floor is at 4/f so a lot of walking

Suhteellisen lähellä (sopiva kävelymatka) nähtävyyksiä, joista erityisesti nautimme. Myös hotellin lähellä hyviä ravintoloita, mm Trattoria Armando aivan erinomainen ja kohtuuhintainen. Hotellirakennuksen meneillään olevan remontin meteli jossain määrin häiritsevä, erityisesti aamuisin.
