      This hotel, even though a Best Western, is dated, bare hardwood floors, old non-descriptive furniture but clean and has an electric hot water heater with coffee and tea in the room which is great. Breakfast was surprisingly plentiful and good, however, this hotel has no restaurant which is a shame because one has to find one in the area. Walking one can easily get lost in Genoa because of all the narrow little streets linkng each other. Ther is a very good supermarket in walking distance calle Coop just in case. I stayed there twice, before and after my cruise, check in was very early and they checked me in immediately which is a plus after a flight and early arrival in town. Taxi fare from airport to hotel Euro 25 - 30, Euro 10 - 15 to and from cruise port. Taxis are right in front of the hotel or they call you one to be available within five minutes. Another plus.

      We love this hotel. It re-creates the era of elegance. Truly competent and friendly staff. Cocktail hour in the grand lobby is superb. the drinks are delicious and the snacks were a real treat. Our room was large, quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to the old district and waterfront. See all the sights on foot.

    We picked this hotel as the base to visit cinque terra. Hotel turned out to be great. Parking was easy and room was very large. Access to train station was really easy as well. Would recommend this hotel to those wanting to visit cinque terra, but who don't want to deal with the hassle of actually staying in the small villages.

    The hotel has a wonderful location right at the junction of the promenade and the old town, with views directly over the water. The renovated rooms are great with a nice clean contemporary feel and good size. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Finally, the staff is the best. Genuinely welcoming and helpful.

    Would have given 5 stars only bed was very hard. I like a firm mattress but was waking up through the night with a shoulder cramp if lying on one side. Don't let this put you off. Would stay here every time regardless due to excellent service and location. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful.

    I would stay here again. This room was clean and spacious. We had a view of the town rather than the bay though enjoyed the top floor. Great service. Staff were friendly and helpful. A little hard to find in our car without GPS. The town is old and has a lot of small windy streets. That adds to the charm but park and walk if possible, rather than driving. […] The hotel does not have its own parking but has an arrangement with a parking lot across the street for a reduced rate. However Thursday is a weekly street fair. Have hotel staff move your car the night before like we did and all's well. Read more

    the hotel's insides are very nice...recently renovated...however you can hear outside the door to your room like it was paper thin....that being said, I never had a noisy night's sleep...but during the day you could hear the street noise and wind noise through one of the 2 windows.     Rien à redire : Très belle hôtel. chambre parfaite. salle de bain propre. personnel sympathique et multilingue. Petit déjeuner en buffet varié et copieux. N'hésitez à prendre la suite car vous aurez une vue magnifique sur Rapallo de jour comme de nuit

    日本ではあまり馴染みがありませんが、イタリア人に人気の素敵なリゾートでした。ホテルは、電車の駅まで５分、船着き場は３分、と本当に便利でした。ホテルの裏には、商店街があり、なんでもすぐに揃い、お惣菜、チーズ、など食にも楽しい町でした。車で移動できない日本人には本当におすすめですよ。
