"Could not get better value for money"

This hotel was fantastic value for money. The room was a little dated, however it was clean, the bed was king size & very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was ideal, 5 min walk to the night market, 10 min walk to the Rampling Supermarket. There is great cheap Thai massage, laundry & 7-Eleven accross the road. Beautiful Italian fine dining restaurant on the corner & quality cheap local eating available very close to the hotel. We recommend the Banana Roti from the cart accross the road, this is only there in the evenings. This hotel is the best kept secret & we can't wait to come back. I would recommend the Chiang Mai Plaza to all my friends & would definitely stay again when next in Chiang Mai, which we hope is soon! I hope the prices stay the same! Thank you.

out of value="5""Stay here!!!"

After my traveling partner and I spent a couple nights in a small condo room with cockroaches and no bath towels, we were a little weary of our next location (since it was only around $20 a night also). But once we pulled up our jaws were continually on the floor. This hotel is gorgeous, our room was spacious with an amazing picture window view (we saw the sunrise from it every morning), and a lovely pool to lounge by! It's also within walking distance to most of the markets and had a seven eleven nearby which was convenient for buying calling cards to contact home. Best of all it felt safe. This hotel definitely contributed to an amazing time in Chiang Mai and I would (and will) stay here again if I return, no second thought!
