This was a stopover as we were traveling east, and it was almost perfect. The location was great - exit the toll road, make an immediate left, and you're there. The greeting was extremely friendly, the room was clean, they had full cable with a gazillion channels, the breakfast was good (I love waffles), the shower worked fine. Although the room was reasonably comfortable, it was seriously marred by a number of problems. The curb appeal was poor as one side of the hotel faced a truck depot. Much of the parking was under the hotel and the area was not well lighted; the entry at that point into the hotel was not adequately maintained including stained carpeting. We thought it was a good value for the money. Clean enough, comfy enough. The girl on the front desk in the morning was plainly upset with her boss which she seemed to be taking out on anyone around her. She took breakfest down 30 minutes early which left 1/2 my family unfed as they were still getting ready. I would recommend though for the value and […] deal with the minor inconviences. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for a ski weekend at 7 Springs. Continental breakfast is disappointing if you are looking for non-carb heavy options (i.e. something besides cereal, bagel and waffles).

This Hotel has recently updated its rooms and looks. When I arrived I was a bit concerned about the outside being a bit rundown but inside it is nice and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was quite nice and the hotel is near some good restaurants

DO NOT STAY HERE THEY ARE DISHONEST ! ! ! ! Rooms were fine. Customer service was rude and did not honor reservations and Manager would not even speak to us himself. Questionable Neighborhood but the Receptionist and managment was the worst. Tried to make us pay twice. BAD BAD BAD ! ! ! ! !

The rooms are clean , A/C worked well, mattress and pillows are good. The carpet is getting tired. The breakfast need a little bit of help. The carpet in the halls is new and look in very good shape. The area near the hotel do not look safe.

Not very satisfied. Hotel lobby was outdated and not very clean .... The lobby attendant seemed to be uninterested in doing her job. The room was okay... have seen cleaner though. The bed was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! The whole facility needed a good cleaning and updating. Mrs I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a good rest..

From the outside, the hotel looks to be neglected. However, the room was very clean and comfortable. Very close to the turnpike, and one can hear the noise, but it is not overwhelming. Would stay there again by myself, but would not take the family.

I stayed at this hotel on 1/20/12 for just 1 night...Reason = wifi, decent rate with free continental breakfast (toast, bagel, waffle, cereal, orange juice and apple juice). I was surprisingly please with the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and the availability of many eat out places. This hotel is not at all what is pictured online. It is across the street from a semi truck parking lot and looks quite scary from the outside, like something out of breaking bad. If we hadn't already paid for the hotel we wouldn't have even parked or gone in. It is truly gross. I guess you get what you pay for...

I was impressed with the beds as were my kids. Very comfortable & clean esp for the price. Surrounding hotels much more pricey. Breakfast could have been better. They were out of some of the cereals & didnot have any jams or jellys so if you wanted toast you had to be ok with just butter. Other than that was worth the price.

The area around the hotel is somewhat industrial - it's right off the Penn turnpike, so kind of a trucker's stop. Exterior and lobby of the hotel are very plain. OTOH, the room itself was large, clean, comfortable. Overall, good for a place to sleep and rest.

All we needed was a place to stay on the cheap for one night. PROS: Convenient to highways, very clean room, quiet surroundings, quiet heater, covered parking (that night it snowed 4 inches!), nice TV, close to restaurants and grocery stores. CONS: Lame breakfast, tiny bed pillows, only two towels in bathroom and nearly plugged drain in shower.
