The room was cleaned up well. The bathroom had none painted sheet rock patches. The beds are too old . I found a kacroach in the bathroom area and had to kill it.

Worst bed ever! So hard my whole left side ached all the next day. The place has junk lying around the building, and the swimming pool needed some servicing. In addition, all the pool lounges were either broken or on their way. The price was cheap, but now we know why.

It is a renovated former motel that is low priced, but comfortable. It has a pool. Most clients appear to be lower income people, but it is clean and quiet. If you are looking for a one night place on your way to another destination, this is a good place to consider.

We reserved a king bed, but somehow they didn't have it in their records. The problem was that the desk clerk could hardly care less and did not honor our request. We wound up with 2 full size. On checking out, we got the same indifferent attitude from the morning clerk. Otherwise, the room was fine. Clean and reasonable.

Pulled into the hotel parking lot and there were hardly any spots left because there were several trucks with lots of workers hanging around drinking. I checked in and got my key, then headed out to try and find some food before dark. There was a large Walmart (hardly any food, no booze or beer) and a nicer Raley's down the road from there. After I […] gathered up my dinner fixins I went back to the room, which was still surrounded by men, who watched as I unpacked my car, dog in tow. The room had a large king bed, microwave, small fridge and old school TV whose volume didn't work well. Bathroom was nice and big, shower scary hygiene-wise but functional. I figured that since this was listed as a 2-star hotel, it would be better than Motel 6. Not so. My room was dark, the chairs were stained, the rug was stained, and it had the general Motel 6-grimey feel. I needed a hotel with wi-fi, so I made sure this hotel had it before booking. Not really ideal spot... but good locks on the doors and location of motel felt safe. Rooms were shabby, could smell old pet stains and our "non-smoking room" reeked of smoke! Beds were clean and as stated... just needed some sleep.

The M Star Hotel was clean and well kept. We found the staff very friendly and accommodating. We stayed a little late to use the pool and relax before getting back on the road. They had a breakfast special for under $5 at a nearby restaurant so we were well rested, well fed and refreshed from the small pool when we got back on the road.

This is a typical low budget motel. Not too fancy, but good beds, easy access and clean. The pool is nice and clean and the rooms are away from the street. Air conditioner seemed undersized: It took an hour to bring the room to the correct temperature. Refrigerator in room is very nice. Pool looked good if I'd had the time. Parking is ample. For half the price of the big names, I'd stay here again.

When we arrived we were shocked and nearly did not check in because of the big neon "MOTEL" sign on the roof and the old, shabby look of the outside. Great inexpensive spot for our stay for one night. The room was basic but did have a small microwave and small refrigerator, which was a bonus. The beds were comfortable. The carpet was a bit worn out, but for a spot to rest our heads and take showers it was great.

I requested a non-smoking room Expedia confirmed I had booked a non-smoking room I was given a smoking room The Hotel said that Expedia's request was for a smoking room So I am very disatisfied, and if you can't explain this, I will have to use a competitor's booking service in future.
