We waled to hotel from Belfast Central train station. From the hotel, everything we did seemed to be just a few blocks away: City Hall, the bus depot, the tour companies we had booked with, and an active nightlife. The rooms were quite comfortable. We were also helped out by Steven when one tour company canceled a trip without warning. He suggest a […] trip to Derry and gave us directions. After checking out of the hotel for one night as we took a trip, we left our bags behind. Upon return, we were greeted by name and our bags waiting in our room. This hotel was quite a bargain. This hotel was really pricey for what you got. Hardly any parking available and where you can park (on street), the area is a bit iffy. The food wasn't very good either. But it is convienent location wise. Can't say I'd stay here again.

Hotel staff was excellent and super friendly. Rooms were kept really clean. My only problems were minor. Three of us stayed in the one room which only had a double bed. Room service brought up a roll away up within 5 minutes. The mattress on the double was nothing to write home about. Another pet peeve is the lack of shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Just […] a generic shampoo body wash. Blah. Easily fixed with a trip to the pharmacy. So really nothing to complain about. The restaurant connected to the hotel was great. Nothing extraodinary about this hotel. Had all the basics. Very handy for the town centre but not the more happening 'Cathedral Quarter' where all the nightlife is (but we weren't there for the nightlife so it really didn't matter to us). 5 minutes walk sees you in the central shopping disctrict, the Ulster Hall is about 10 seconds walk away! I arrived on Friday 2 hours early to check in unsure if I would be allowed to check in early. The girls on reception were very friendly and helpful and let me check into my room 2 hours early. The room was great! It was large and spacious. Breakfast was included for both the Saturday and Sunday morning. The staff serving breakfast were lovely and approached […] all tables to inform us the buffet would be closing in 5 minutes if we would like to go back up. The only fault I had with my stay was the bedding. There wasn't enough pillows and the duvet was very thin. Staff incredibly helpfully and nothing a problem allowing us to checking early after arriving by 10am then also given a late checkout without any extra charge. Also the bar dining room also seemed to be a meeting place for locals as well as guests and was buzzing on a Saturday night with great staff

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, the only problem is that i didn't want to leave it to go home.The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was a big ask of them. Initial impressions was that of a good travelodge however the staff were very friendly efficient and helpful -and our first impression was wrong. Bed was comfortable but duvet was a little too small on the double bed and the pillows were not the best(too small). Bathroom had a great big shower and was spotless. Towels were soft and fluffy. The hotel is in easy waking distance of many sights - we strolled to St Georges Market in less than 10 mins,Crown in around 5 and across to Titanic 20mins or so. Great if you want a no frills base - food is ok too bar good for footie watchers,bar prices similar to many pubs

I have stayed here on a number of occasions as the location is idel for everything central Belfast has to offer. Car parking is available at a local multistorey with an added charge although WIFI is now free to all rooms which is an improvement.

This was a fantasic place to stay. 5 minutes walk if that to the centre of town. Hotel warm and friendly. Very Clean. Has a Bar/ Restaurant attached to the hotel. Cannot wait to stay here again.
