      Walking distance from everything. Very comfortable & quiet. Kitchen with microwave & a BBQ by the porch if you'd rather eat in. No beach view here, but the homey feel & friendly owner/staff are awesome.

      We spent only 2 days in Acajou hotel in Praslin and we had to book on a short notice. I think it's a good hotel for what we paid. The check in was smooth and reasonably quick. They showed us to the rooms and we saw that one of the bedsheets was dirty so they changed it immediately. Breakfast selection was alright but not amazing...but there's not many restaurants around so you better have it. Shops in the Island close early so you probably will have dinner there as well....don't order the steaks. Also make sure you have an insect repellant handy as there are tiny mosquitoes around at night. Lastly, don't waste your time at the hotel beach, head to Anse Lazio ASAP.

      We enjoyed our stay at Birgo in La Digue. Denise the manager was kind to arrange certain things for us. We just wish we were told ahead of time that there would be a fee for the bikes as we thought it was complementary. The breakfast on the verranda was lovely; gardens beautifully kept, nice pool although small; lovely lounge area and happy to get wireless internet although difficult at times. The restaurant at Chateau St. Cloud was excellent for our halfboard; superb! Thanks again for helping to make our time at spectacular La Digue so memorable!

      This is is a very nice small hotel. In my view it was worth the money. The view was spectacular, but perhaps not unusual for Seychelles. The beach was beautiful, but not ideal. Elsewhere, I would have said "wow" but in Seychelles, I found myself disappointed by sinking pits of mud underwater in the beach. Also, while nice and quiet, the beach is so flat that I never reached a depth of of my armpits (and I think I went out nearly a half mile ... or so it felt). However, the staff is exceptional. While they may not seem over-the-top friendly, they know what they are doing and they pay attention. My GF had a very odd request at one meal, and by the next morning all the staff knew about it and it was ready for every subsequent meal, even though the menu is supposed to be fixed and not a-la-carte. If you are a "germa-phobe" you might not like it, because the tiny ants that are everywhere. They don't bite and are harmless, but (at least at the ground level) they are pervasive.

    Estuvimos en el mes de Julio,la cantidad de algas en la playa hacìa desagradable meterse en el mar.No recomiendo esta costa en dicho mes.El hotel en general estaba muy bien para ser sòlo de 2 estrellas.El punto negativo màs saliente fue la displicente atenciòn del personal,agravada por cierta falta de respeto para con algunas personas mayores de edad […] y algunos otros humildes turistas.Sonrisas complices entre las camareras por detràs de los pasjeros, y gestos de mal gusto deterioran la imagen de este buen hotel.     L'hôtel était plutôt bien tenu, la chambre très bien : spacieuse, claire, climatisée, bien meublée, très propre, une salle de bains parfaite. La piscine était agréable également. Le restaurant était de bonne qualité. La plage de Grand Anse est très bien pour se baigner, bien que pas la plus paradisiaque de l'île. Le service était inégal : certaines […] personnes étaient très sympathiques et professionnelles, d'autres pas vraiment.... Par ailleurs, les environs de l'hôtel sont assez pauvres, notamment en restaurants... Avec le recul, nous aurions préféré choisir notre hébergement sur Anse Volbert.     Отель очень понравился хоть и не рядом с морем , номера большие ,есть интернет платный,бассейн , пешком можно добраться до магазинчиков чтоб купить воды ,пива ,вина ,фруктов , только добираться до моря на транспотре долековато 30-40 минут приходиться , завтрак так себе , ужин вкусный достаточно чтоб наесться и сказать счатстье есть !!!
