The hotel was very clean but old and in much need of updating.Beds were very hard. Most of the towels were old, like I would use for cleaning. Nice pool and clean. We only ate there for breakfast and that was very good and reasonable. We would of liked to sit by the ocean but no lounge chairs or umbrella ocean side. I did sneak a chair to sit by the […] ocean but was caught and told I could not take it off of the property but took one down later. The view was wonderful, was able to watch the fisherman fish from their boats and Oceanside.. Since it was in the bay, swimming felt safe without the undertow. Staff was very accommodating . Many rooms available, would not of needed to make reservations and could of received a better price per night. Read more

my wife and I were very pleased with this hotel. It has a great location for swimming, quiet ---hard to find in Mexico, and a good restaurant. Our only complaint would be the pillows, which were not nearly as soft as they should have been.

This hotel was obviously nice at one time however it is in desperate need of a complete makeover. The neighborhood is also scary and makes you want to stay in room. On a positive note the view is incredible.

This hotel is located on a road containing several local hotels located directly on the beach with easy access. We enjoyed breakfast outside on a lower level, which provided very nice views of the entire bay. The beach is gray at this side of the bay and the water clean and calm, but the busy, popular part of the beach is a reasonable walk from the […] hotel. New Year's Eve was affected not only by the local fireworks which started early and continued long after midnight, but some disco around the bay was so loud with low base resonating that even ear plugs didn't work. this hotel is 50 years old. They keep it clean but it is really old and needs updating. The hotel is at the end of a long not so nice road. Other hotels on the same road are also very old and in poor condition and it is very isolated. There are very few tourists staying in this area so not a place for everyone. There are no luxuries at this hotel.

The hotel was very clean but shabby. Door knobs replaced by sliding bolts in bathroom for example. Broken tiles everywhere. Must have been a grand hotel at one time, Very nice location and nice layout. But looks like management hasn't returned any money into upkeep other than cleaning.

El hotel no es lo más lujoso que hay, el lugar sirve para dormir únicamente aunque no muy cómodamente, debrían remodelarlo un poco y darle mantenimiento general, algo muy importante son las toallas que la verdad están muy mal, suciás y muy viejas, con el simple hecho de cambiar sus toallas les daría otro aspecto a las habitaciones. Deberían prohibir […] o poner como regla a los huespedes no colgar ropa en los balcones, ya que quita personalidad al hotel y da aparariencia de vecindad vieja, se ve que este hotel en su momento estuvo bien, pero si deberían hecharle una manita de gato en general a las instalaciones, posee varios servicios pero con mobiliarios viejos y deteriorados. Algo muy importante es que deberan poner atención con el buen uso del agua, para no desperdiciarla, para bañarse hay que dejar salir durante por lo menos 3 a 5 minutos para lograr obtener agua caliente lo que hace que se desperdicie mucha agua y como las regaderas son viejas estan tapadas y dispersa mucho el agua para todos lados menos para donde bebe caer. Algo bueno es que tiene la playa prácticamente enfrente y pueden los niños vigilarlos desde el mismo hotel, tiene muy buenas ideas de los juegos infantiles y la zona de mesas de pin-pon y de comida. Todo mejoraría con un mantenimiento general. No esta mal pero puede mejorar muchísimo e incluso cobrar un poco más si mejoran sus instalaciones. Read more
