Cheap hotel. Close to where I work. Rinkai subway line is expensive. Beds are extremely hard. Hotel staff speaks English. Smells like smoke.

This hotel is not on a convenient subway line for tourists. It could be potentially confusing for some as not all trains from the Saikyo line go all the way to Shinagawa Seaside (the stop for the hotel). You may have to transfer trains during midday or later at night. This line is also a bit more expensive than other subway lines. Also note that although […] there's a reasonably sized mall right beside the hotel complete with a giant super market and several restaurants, there's not much else in the vicinity of the hotel. The room was very small for American standards. I was the only person staying in it, can't imagine with two people. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is clean and located nearby shopping and Metro station. I would go back there anyway.

Hotel is very convenient as the bus stop for the airport bus is right across the driveway and it cost 550 yen to the airport. We had caught a cab from the airport to the hotel as we arrived late at night and paid 4500 yen. It is also located at the subway station for the Rinkai line which is a little expensive but it's a couple stops to Odaiba (290 […] yen) and one stop to Oimachi (200 yen) which will connect to the JR trains. The rooms are small, there were no drawers so had to keep things in the suitcase, closet had about 5-6 hangers. Adjacent to the hotel is a small shopping complex with little restaurants, a Burger King, Japanese and Korean cuisine. There is a department store, Aeon with a food court and supermarket in the basement, and anything else you may need at a reasonable price. If you are looking for bargains there is a 100 yen store on the second floor of the shopping complex. Also took advantage of the TV/PC which was included in the room cost for access to email and internet. Would definitely stay here again. Read more

This hotel is a business hotel with a rather small room. This was fine for me, since it was very clean and quiet. There is a great view, as all the rooms start at the 16th floor. This very new hotel has a sleek modern design. It is very much a business hotel with all the basic services but falls short of luxury conveniences. The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms are expectedly small and very clean with many nice amenities from a massage chair to a PC in every room. The aging computer however does not make up for […] the lack of wireless internet. The location is excellent if you are ok with a short commute to get into the heart of Tokyo. The relatively new Shinagawa Seaside subway stop is just below the hotel, but is not technically part of the Tokyo metro so you will usually have to add a stop or two to your trip. The hotel is in a very new business complex with several restaurants, convenience stores, a coffee shop and a huge grocery store within 100 meters of the hotel entrance. Seaside? Define seaside. If you are looking to be on a beach then just forget it. there is no beach within cooee of this plac, but you can see the ocean throught the river docks. The hotel is a mere 2 stations from the Tokyo Big Sight, it was where we needed to be. Room was tight - expected in Japan, but the lack of space for a suitcase was an issue […] they need to address, we used the chair and massage chair for our 2 suitcases, so was not relaxing as could be. As place was fully booked and we left our booking until last minute, we got saddled with a smoking room which they tried valiantly to aerosol spray the air fresher Did a pretty good job of it too. Staff were as helpful as I come to expect of all Asian Hotels. This is definitely a hotel for those of you that need to be near the places around it. SO would recommend this hotel for business people needing to be in this vicinity and not wanting to pay the earth. Read more

A little bit out of the way as requires train travel to get anywhere. The train station is directly below hotel so that was bonus. Most Tokyo and beyond destinations require two trains. 良い点・・・バスタブが深く、ゆったりとお湯に浸かれる。地下に２４時間営業のコンビにがある。ロビーからの夜景がきれい。思ったよりも部屋が広い。悪い点・・・部屋のパソコンの動作が遅い。朝コンビニが混む。街側の眺望は良くない。廊下が狭い。

仕事で利用しました。駅の真上にあり、ビルの上層部がホテルなので、窓からの眺めも抜群です。部屋は多少狭いと思いますが、清潔感があったのでGOODです。部屋にあるテレビは、PCモニターにもなります。キーボードが机の引き出しにしまわれていたので、キーボードがあることにすぐに気づかず、マウスだけで操作していました。ネット接続が多少遅いことが気がかりですが、ノートPCを持参せず、部屋で少し仕事を、という場合には使えると思います。ビジネス利用にはとても良いですね。

房间真是不小 比起住过的其他日本同级别酒店 大了很多。而且 有电脑 可以随时查资料。只是房间没覆盖wifi 需要到lobby才可以使用。楼下的seasides商场很好 药妆和地下超市营业时间都很长 十分便利。唯一的问题就是交通 楼下直通临海线 虽然称为JR 但 实际收费类似私铁 花费很贵。如果去JR 需要步行10分钟左右 但 青物横丁为小站 只有慢车停靠 有些不方便。

Das Hotel liegt etwas enfernt von den Hauptzentren Tokyos wie Shibuya oder Shinjuku (ca. 15 Minuten mit der Bahn), jedoch verfügt es über eine eigene UBahn Station im Untergeschoss. El hotel está impoluto, la habitación es bastante grande (respecto al estandar japonés, claro) y tiene unas vistas estupendas. La única pega es que la estación de metro que hay al lado no pertenece a la linea JR, por lo que hay que hacer trasbordos, a veces más de dos, para visitar Tokyo. Una muy buena opción de alojamiento a precio asequible.

雖然算是比較郊區.飯店下方即是地鐵站(私鐵)不過也是極為方便.生鮮超市.餐廳都有非常方便.是一個很好的商務飯店.家庭遊覽也是不錯.到迪士尼好像也幾個站就到.飯店週遭的地鐵站也有維納斯廣場可以進行購物.下次有機會前往東京也會以這一家飯店為第一優先.
