The rooms were clean enough but the service was lacking at the front desk. The staff seemed bothered by our request for towels for the pool. There is only 1 elevator for the hotel. The pool is tiny and the jets weren't working on the hot tub.

Had reservations and checked in about 3:30. First assigned room that wasn't cleaned yet (housekeeper was further down the hall). Clerk instantly upgraded to a suite. Nice! Took about 1 1/2 day to realize there was no clock; mentioned it to another clerk who promised one. Never showed up; oh well. On vacation; didn't need it.

Love La Quinta because they take dogs. This was one of the more expensive La Quinta's but was also one of the nicest. Clean and more upscale. Nicer breakfast as well. We'd stay there again for sure.

Room was very clean and updated. Breakfast was hot and good which was included in the price of the room. Several restaurants and shops in the area which was nice and convenient. Hotel has easy on/off access to the highway.

Recently stayed here and cleanliness is the worst I have seen. I had to get a different room coz the mattress was disgustingly dirty. This is the first time I changed rooms in a hotel and I have stayed in many.

Room was great, breakfast exc., afternoon coffee and cookies, friendly staff. The only problem was exercise equip 3, only 1 worked first night, 2 second nite. Hot tub did not work properly. It would go off and on and only if you played w/switch which we were told about on 3rd day.We would stay again,

Very clean, front desk was very helpful...need better reviews of local eatery's though... Also, I belive I left a book and some documents at the Bowling Green hotel, when I called the young gentlemen at the desk said he would check the room... he was not gone long enough to have checked the room...so I'd rather not be lied too but asked to call back […] after checking. I could be wrong, he could've been very speedy...but... I asked him to take my name down in case someone turned the stuff in...and he said okay, but never took my name...LOL . We were very tired when we checked in and were able to check in early. The walls seemed rather thin as we heard footsteps above us and voices in the halls all night. The breakfast Was a little spare compared to others we have had. The bed was very comfortable and nice bathtub, but hot water was slow coming.

Stayed two nights as a result of a family member in hospital. Located very close to I-65 and easy to get back and forth to from The Medical Center. Room near elevator but was not noisy. Only disturing noise came from room with dogs nearby. Continetal breakfast very good with numerous choices including a waffle maker (which our 12 year old enjoyed greatly). […] Pool did not have much room on side for those not getting in so if you go down with someone, plan to get wet. This hotel provided a great location for all attractions around the Bowling Green area. Every chain restaurant imaginable was nearby and prices were lower than what I'm used to in the Chicago area. The room itself was clean, spacious, and modern. The unfortunate part of the room was that our door was directly across from the only elevator in the building. […] So I heard the elevator every hour of the night. What made matters worse was the hard-wood flooring right by our door, echoed every sound in the hallway. Next time, I'm going to request a room as far away from the elevator as possible. We never used the house-keeping service during our stay. Wi-Fi was free, fast, and easy to use. The afternoon front desk clerk was content to ignore me upon check-in while he finished a phone call with another customer. Not a big deal, but he didn't offer an apology either. We enjoyed the condition of the room and efficiency of the staff. Breakfast was ample and offered some gluten-free items (yogurt, eggs, juice, coffee). Beds were comfortable, although rooms seemed a little bit crowded with not much space between beds and dressers. We did not try out the pool. The location was quite convenient. The only issue that occurred was a brief, area-wide power outage that affected our alarm clock, and thus our planned wake-up time. Excellent value, very comfortable and clean! We chose this hotel for pet accomodation and there were no extra cleaning charges or deposits required. (very unusual). Bed was made nicely, but when we turned back the sheets, they had body fluids in the center. Requested new sheets and since only the deskclerk (who was great!) was on site, we had to remake the bed. Otherwise the stay was satisfactory.

Very nice hotel!! I was very surprised that pets are welcome. The hotel is very clean. You wouldn't know that dogs stay with their guests because everything is very clean and well kept.
