I'll start with the plus side: good location, the pool area looks nice for summer, the shower is groovy, the common areas of the hotel are cute, breakfast was decent (but nothing hot other than toast), and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is very good! Very good localization, the rooms are clean, clear and comfortable. There are just 12 rooms I guess, so it's kind a familiar hotel. I really recommend this hotel. I almost forgot: there is a computer with internet access per room.

Though not a negative, the spiral stairs connecting the 2 floors is tight and you have to maneuver up and down carefully. The main negative is the shower pressure and hot water. Very good, clean, bright and cheery with fabulous beds! Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Our room on the top floor was lovely and had a kitchenette. Room keys are difficult to operate. Would recommend as a great place to stay within walking distance of restaurants & transportation. Pool area is small but nice.

Hotel muito agradável, ficamos no qpto triplex que tinha até uma jacuzzi ao ar livre na cobertura. Apto confortável, bem decorado, oferece até computador com wi fi gratuita no quarto. Pessoal super atencioso, O único inconveniente é não ter estacionamento... tivemos que estacionar na rua e tivemos o vidro do carro estilhaçado.

O hotel fica em uma rua tranquila, porém é muito bem localizado em Palermo (próximo a tudo!!!). A limpeza e decoração do quarto são muito boas. Como nem tudo é perfeito, tive um problema com o ralo do piso do meu banheiro que estava entupido e inundou todo o banheiro quando fomos esvaziar a banheira.
