"Leaking ceiling, Mouse droppings, & Inefficient Managers"
Horrible. I don't even have the energy to write it all out again. The ceiling leaked all night causing a massive pool of water. The hotel provided a bucket that quickly over filled. There was mouse poop everywhere and all they did was "sweep it up." It was disgusting. If it was clean and the staff was better at providing accomodations, it seemed like […] a pretty pool and view. Buffet breakfast seemed stale. We left as quickly as we could...after 3 hours of requesting a refund...they have to go through their Bangkok office and weeks later we're still waiting for verification that it's been completed. More to stay but not worth my time or energy. Just stay somewhere else. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Hotel :)"
Nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room a little dirty but definitely bearable. Huge bed!!!! I wouldn't recommend older couples or family's, particularly if your using prams or wheelchairs as the hill is rather steep to climb. However it does remove you from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Didn't like the experience"
Hotel is up on the hill, walking up and down is really hard.they have buggy to take u but driver isn't there all the time.Kids jump and climb up the pool regardless there is sign in front of their parents and staff are watching it without stoping them make it uncomfortable for others to swim and safety!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Hotel, very friendly & appreciative staff."
Very friendly staff, a bit difficult at times due to language barrier, this is to be expected though. Overall, very pleasant experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very nice hotel, close to the beach"
We had a very nice weekend at Peach Blossom. This is the second time we stayed there. Hotel is very clean, staff very pleasant and the pool is really nice. As this was low season they don't provide shuttle to the beach every hour, but you just tell them when you want to go and they will drop you. The location of the hotel is also very good, very close […] to the restaurants and shops. We will definitely come back! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"A very relaxing retreat"
The hotel is set back off the main road and consequently is sufficiently secluded, and yet provides easy access to the many restaurants in the high street. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill but they provide an electric buggy to help you up. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room, especially overlooking the pool, provided an excellent […] view of the tropical valley below. Bath and shower in the room and nicely cool. Balcony great. Breakfast was not extensive and they could provide a better range and more variety. The pool (infinity) has a bar beside it with many comfortable sun loungers, providing a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay there again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"New Year Eve 2013/2014"
Beside the reception Staff, all the rest made our stay in Peach Blossom painfull. Had to change room 2 times. The second time, the Hotel has sent us to Villa with a private Swimming Pool, but it was on the last day (because we called Expedia, complaining about the Hotel). Breakfast buffet is poor, the staff not helpful. The public swimming pool, […] doesn't have enough sun beds, around 9:00am, the are is already full with towels to reserve them. Information for guests, are mainly in Russian?! I didn't know Russian was an official language in Thailand-Phuket! New Years Eve buffet was 8000,00bath, not including drinks. Not even a bottle of water. We had to pay, 2000,00bath for a bottle of white wine and around 60,00bath for a small water! The buffet, was poor in quality, presentation and the staff was completely lost. Baby chairs, are taller then the tables itself, how come? No hot water, to take a shower after 6:00pm? Well, 10 days of daily complains about the hotel... We can only say, thank you reception ladies for trying to minimize our pain during our stay. A Hotel Manager with common sense and higher quality standards is required! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Genuine Expedia guest review
Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Ok hotell.
Genuine Expedia guest review
Genuine Expedia guest review
Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very friendly stuffs. Good food. Quiet place. Value for money. Nice Pool."

I have stayed in this wonderful place for two days. It was my honeymoon and the floral-towel decoration of my room was very nice. The stuff knows English and very helpful especially Avi is an wonderful person to deal with. The place is near Kata beach and have a free shuttle service. Though I have booked for an Ocean view room, yet the room they have given was big, clean, a bit down stares (3rd floor) and literally no view of the ocean. However, as we have informed them that we have booked for an Ocean view room, they have given us another one in the next day, which has a view of the ocean from the balcony. However, the 2nd room was small but clean and nicely decorated. The management is flexible and all the stuffs are always very warm and smiling faced. I would definitely come back to this resort if I ever stay in Phuket.
"totally enjoyed our stay at peach blossom"
01/14/15 tara t London, United Kingdom
After booking our holiday here we had then read the negative reviews about peach blossom and we dreaded as to what we were in for, but, we have to say that we were pleasantly surprised. our room was very large and clean with a balcony with beautiful views. There was a large selection of different breakfasts on offer, room service was great and the staff here were just so helpful and very friendly. I agree that the pools are a bit out dated and could do with some repairs but this also wasn't a problem as you have so many nearby beautiful beaches.. would recommend kata noi beach. Also there is a very steep hill to the hotel and the shuttle bus runs frequently up and down the hill. Loved our stay here and would recommend.
"We did'nt like"
I don't know how can this hotel has 4 stars? Breakfast was so awful and it I couldn't eat it more than one week and we stayed two weeks. Water on the pool was so dirty and nobody cleaned the pool during our stay. If you appriciate good quality, I recommend you to take some other hotel.
"2 weeks Kata/ Karon Beach Phuket - Christmas 2014/NY"
01/06/15 angenik Hilversum
Third Trip to Thailand and we decided to go to a destination slightly busier than our usual holidays, but not as thrill seeking as the neighboring Patong Beach resort. Peach Blossom Hotel is set on a steep incline from Kata/Karon Centre whereby a shuttle service operates to transfer guests up and down the hill - this service is intermittent and depends on where the drivers are on the complex to determine how long you will need to wait. The hill is certainly not good if you have walking impediments or need to push children chairs ups and down. The walk takes some getting used to in hot weather but be warned if it rains the tarmac is like glass (flip flops with crampons needed) We stayed in the A wing floor 3 which is the building without the pool and restaurant. The room was comfortable and clean with TV, minibar, coffee making facilities etc, the view at the back isn't particularly inviting unless you lean out to the right and can see the Karon beach and Sea. Great touch of having the towels folded like a crab and frangipani flowers scattered in the room upon arrival on Christmas eve, however hot water in the shower would have been better. This did get rectified upon request though very quickly. Rooms were kept clean and tidy, yet the floor in the wetroom area could have had more attention, especially as the shower area is on slippery tiles and remained wet for a long period of time after shower. Also the 2nd week of the holiday we had to request towels every day upon returning to the room. Top tip. Drink the free bottled water in the turquoise blue label 'Peach Group' that is provided outside the fridge (as we did) and ensure you validate the minibar slips as we were charged for water we hadn't drank. Upon querying this with reception they proceeded to remove the full minibar and supplements without notifying or explaining. We asked management why and they had no knowledge this had been, subsequently the minibar was refilled. Pool area is inviting, especially on the non cloudy days. However do ensure in busy times to get your sun lounger early as they are few and far between. Some guests were leaving towels on loungers all day and not returning until late afternoon (sun goes behind building at around 4.30pm) There is use of the sister hotel pools at the Peach Hill resort next door which during our stay didn't seem to be as busy. The tile area around the pool did need some cleaning as there was a lot of debris/litter/dust that was blown around and left for many days before it was cleared up. Small bottom pool area also went very murkey due to this. Breakfast at the hotel was basic yet satisfactory, would have been a nice touch to have jams rather than just pre packed marmalade for the toast, and butter that wasn't ice cold. Omelettes seemed to be the best choice along with the fruit selection as these were replenished constantly. Food and Drink service was a little slow and on a couple of occasions the staff forgot to bring drinks. 2 beaches close by are Kata beach (turn right at the bottom of the driveway) which has shallow water and decent snorkeling at the north part of the bay and Karon beach which has deep water and good surf. If you are looking for a clean hotel close to amenities, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches this is a good base. However if you are looking for a peaceful retreat to chill and relax then you may have to rethink.
"Big Room, Outstanding View"

We stayed at Peach Blossom last month during our stay at Phuket, We actually booked a room at Peach Hill Resort and got a free upgrade too this hotel. The room was quite big and outstanding mountain view. Only problem was the hotel is in the top of a hilly road so might not be suitable for Elders without transport. As we rented bike there it was not a problem for us.

Hi Everyone, I stayed for around 4 nights/5 days in this hotel. Was there for my Honeymoon trip. I already told them to arrange something for my Honeymoon trip and for that they arranged a nice bed with decoration for us which we really liked. Pros: 1) Staff was really helpful 2) Pool Side is very nice and good place to enjoy 3) Rooms are pretty good. we stayed in Deluxe room 4) Awesome location( in between Kata and Karon Beach 5) Good breakfast 6) WI- FI in rooms are good 7) Peaceful and Calm place Cons: 1) It is on top of hill where sometime Mini Bus do not come therefore difficult to travel but though it help in digestion of our food :) 2) WI-FI information was not available to staff( for rooms) but even though we managed because of out IT Skills :) 3) AC were not that much powerful I didn't opt for Dinner or lunch because we looked for Indian food and nearest place is just three store away from Hotel i.e "Khan Baba" restaurant. Also, if you wish to enjoy this place then i must say, take a Bike on rent and enjoy Kata, karon and Patong beach because its nearby to this hotel and cheaper option too. I would recommend this place for all those who need peace and want to enjoy on there own.

My friend and I stayed here in April 2014. We really enjoyed the hotel, the staff were so kind, friendly and very helpful! we loved our stay here! We were there for 1 week Bed and Breakfast. Im glad we didn't go all inclusive or half board as there were so many restaurants around that were just as nice and it was nice to go somewhere different each night. It is between two beaches Karon and Kata. The Spa treatments were absolutely fantastic! The Pool bar was great and the bar man was so kind and friendly always chatting away. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Quite good hotel. Location is very good, middle of Karon and Kata beach and many restaurants. We stayed in low season and thatswhy it was very peaceful hotel, only lot of mosquitos in lobby. Pool area is very nice, we could use also sisterhotels pools.
"Fairly nice rooms, but little else."
05/08/14 Laurence W
My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks in April 2014 – overall we were really happy with our room but the hotel very noisy with building work next to pool during the day, the second pool was filthy and the hotel was at the top of a very steep hill. Positives: Our room was very big, lovely big bathroom/wetroom and kept very clean for us. The location of the hotel was great, right between 2 lovely beaches and loads of restaurants and bars within easy reach although getting to and from the hotel required a lot of effort in the searing heat due to it's location at the top of a very steep hill. Negatives: There was a building site right next to the main pool with drilling and banging all day long every day so it was not possible to relax by any of the the pools. There was a second smaller pool but this was filthy, the water was really murky and full of hair and leaves, obviously hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, really not pleasant. The communal areas especially the reception was swarming with mosquitos which they never seemed to spray for, they had lots of pools of water standing around which seemed to attract clouds of them, especially in the evenings. We did have to ask for our room to be sprayed a few times which they did for us. To reach the hotel you had to walk up a very, very steep hill, they did have some golf buggies to take you up and down but these were not always available. The food at breakfast was a bit limited in range and was exactly the same every day, got very tedious after 2 weeks. We noticed towards the end of our stay that people were being given bacon but this was not on the buffet – you had to ask for it to be cooked specially. The restaurants were generally very poor offering very limited menus and what was available was of a very low standard. There are plenty of restaurants located nearby, but it does mean that you have to go walkabouts even if you are taking a day off from the hustle and bustle and staying poolside. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.
"Good hotel, many unfriendly guests"
05/08/14 HappyWalker09 Shepperton
We had a very warm welcome, on arrival at the hotel, everything explained but we were surprised that there were only 5 or 6 other British guests. The reception staff were delightful & extremely helpful at all times, even when Russian guests shouted at them (how awful was that). The Thomson rep had arranged to meet us next day & wisely suggested that the only excursion which might be of interest was the ‘James Bond Island’ boat trip. Booking a very similar trip with a local company was MUCH cheaper (2,800 Baht or about £55 for 2)– it was very good but involved nearly 5 hrs travel, by mini bus, to get to & from the boat. Having booked a ‘Tour & Stay’ holiday with Thomson, we had to stay at this hotel for 6nts after our 7 day tour of northern Thailand. Thinking the hotel might be a bit remote, being between Kata & Karon beaches, we opted for HB at £12 a night! This was a big mistake as there were lots of restaurants nearby & they were MUCH cheaper than the hotel. Having paid for the hotel dinner, we felt obliged to eat there. Other guests wisely opted to eat elsewhere so we were usually almost on our own in the dining room; fortunately the food was good, although the wine was far too expensive to buy. Our only consolation was that we use our voucher for dinner at the Peach Hill hotel restaurant or Peach restaurant, on the main road – only the one on the latter had any atmosphere & other guests. As breakfast was part of everyone’s deal, this was well attended and food was varied & good. There was always someone to cooking fresh eggs, pancakes and/or omelettes. Our room was large & lovely with kettle, TV with many channels, fridge & balcony – the shower was in a wet room with bath at the end. Our balcony overlooked the back so not scenic, better to have a pool facing room. The hill approaching the hotel was steep but rarely a problem as there normally a member of staff with golf buggy to get us back up the hill; going down was no problem. There was free Wifi in reception, so that was busy on most evenings but had limited seating. The only bar was by the pool & restaurant, great by day but empty in the evenings. I feel that a bar nearer reception might have attracted more hotel customers.
