I wish I could say better things, the sofa was very uncomfortable for me who is older, the information about the use of the apartment did not cover things we really needed to know - like how to turn off the heater and good instructions on the washer and dryer, which never seemed to work well while we were there. The staff did not seem to have answers […] that were helpful for tourists, maybe this location does not get that many tourists like us. This is the best way to stay in london if you are going to be there for an extended period of time. We were there for 10 days. There is a grocery store (Tesco) right next door. This grocery store rivals our big name chain stores here in the states. We chose Think apartments Earls court because of the high reviews it got compared to its sister locations […] and other serviced apartments. We were very happy with our decision, We were close to everything but still in a cozy neighborhood. The tube was an easy walk. We found great shopping and dining on Kensigton High street, which was only a few blocks away from the apartments. If you decide to take the tube from Heathrow (its $100.00 US by taxi) you'll take the Picadilly line straight to Earls Court station (its about a 40-45min ride). Exit the Earls court station by way of the Warick road exit. When you come out of the station go to the right and walk about 5-10mins when you come to the Tesco, Think Apartments are right behind it. Think Apartments is a short stay apartment concept. The rooms have microwaves, dishwashers, stovetop, washer/dryers. Maid service is extra. The Earl Court location is very convenient. Staying in an apartment versus a hotel was a great choice. The location is 10 minutes from a tube station and 1 minute from a large grocery store called Tesco. We cooked our own food instead of going to restaurants 3 times and day and saved a ton of money. The building is about 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest Tube station, and there are bus stops on the corner. Having appliances including a washer/dryer was very nice, as my wife and I spent a week in Think Apartments. We had a great stay at Think Apts. It was easy to find from the Earl's Ct underground stop (about a 7-8 minute walk from the Warwick St exit) with a direct line to the Heathrow Airport (about a 40 minute ride). There are 3 lines that run from this stop so it was very easy to get around the city with the underground. There is also a bus stop 2 to 3 minutes […] away, but we did not use this mode of transportation. Check in was fast and efficient. The front desk staff and nightly security staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions with ease and accuracy. We had a one bedroom that was clean and had all the things we needed for a 1 week stay. We had a problem with the air conditioning and it was fixed within the hour. The bed was stated as a double, but was a queen size with a firm mattress. The bathroom had a great tiled shower with a rainfall showerhead. The area the apartments were in were very nice and we felt completely safe. We have already recommended it to a friend who stays for 6 weeks at a time in London for work. Read more

This was a better experience than staying at a regular hotel. These were setup like apartments which meant that there is a kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer and stove with oven. There is also a living area with a couch and lcd tv. We stayed in an American Double room so it also had 2 bedroom areas (nothing separating the areas from […] one another). Each bedroom area had a full bathroom. Since it is more of an apartment than a hotel, maid service only occurs once a week so you will have to wash/dry your own towels and take out your trash. The hotel was only a couple of blocks away from the subway (Tube) so it was convenient to get to downtown London or Heathrow Airport. There is a grocery story (Tesco) right next door making it easy to get food/supplies when needed. If you rent a car, the hotel has an arrangement with Tesco to park your vehicle there for 10 pounds a night. Overall, I was very satisfied with the room and the hotel overall. Read more

We have stayed at the apartments several times and they are a great base if you are staying in London and want to keep the cost down. You can park in Tesco opposite for £10 per night and buy provisions there. Earls Court station is a 10 minute walk. You can find a few restaurants in the area, Pizza Express at Olympia is a safe bet and there are some […] others. its a safe area to walk in at night. I did suggest to the manager they put a small bottle of washing up liquid in the kitchen area as there is no point in putting the dishwasher on for a few plates and cups. All in all it would always be my preferred location in west London. Read more

Good location 10 minute walk to tube station. Comfy bed, but sofa not comfortable to sit on or get out of. Customer service officers need to be more familiar with area - we stumbled upon restaurants etc in close proximity that we weren't informed of either personally or via info sheet in room. Rather disappointing in that regard.

Lovely stay very close to Earls Court underground, Love the memory form mattress it was great to rest after long days walking around London! Only problem I had was the kitchen doors were a bit of a pain, Im sure they were great when they were put in but the design isnt working well at the moment, The room could do with a bit of paint from marks on the […] wall. The hotel was in a great location with Tesco and a Tube station a short walk. For all those who fly easyJet or use the easyBus a dropoff and pick up location is an easy 5 minute walk. The room is clean and well maintained but it isn't a hotel. I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade which was well appreciated but they don't clean the rooms. It is a […] small apartment with a kitchen and a LAUNDRY machine. I haven't come across anywhere with a LAUNDRY machine so this was great. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. It was in a safe neighbourghood and there was always a staff and security officer downstairs checking hotel cards after about 8pm. Happy to recommend it to all my friends and would stay there again. I've also stayed in the London Bridge Think Apartments and that was great as well, just a little out of the way. Didn't stay there this time because they were full but the Think brand has a good reputation and they lived up to it at this location more. Read more

Good size (bigger than hotel room), can do light cooking, with a Tesco around the corner and have fridge to store some food. A bit far from Tube (10mins), but on return trip can hop on a bus to reduce the trip down to 3 mins.
