"Great Location, excellent staff"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Stayed here on our honeymoon, couldn't have asked for a better place for the money. The staff was extremely helpful with speedy check in/out. Concierge staff was on their A game the entire time. Room was cleaned daily and very comfortable. The bar was nice but a bit expensive ( but that's London). Vauxhall tube station is only a five minute walk which isn't bad at all. There is a grocery store next door that has about everything you need. Was a great stay.

Upscale, residential Kensington is best known for its palace and gardens, and for its major museums in South Kensington —the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum, and the V&A. Earl’s Court has a wide selection of budget and mid-range hotels, clustered around Earl’s Court exhibition centre. Its Underground station offers good links (District and Piccadilly lines) with trains running to central London and south-west to Wimbledon.

"Dont Go until its Finished"
This hotel is going to be a very nice place to stay in a couple of years. No elevator working, workmen start work at 7am, everything is great, it just needs to be completed.
"Nice Hotel/Construction Zone"
This will be a very nice place to stay once the hotel is done. Currently, this is a serviced apartment hotel, and it is not done. My air conditioner, oven, lights, did not all work. They said they would fix, and in 7 days not one thing was fixed. I will stay here once the hotel is finished. However, it is 8am and there is hammering, sawing, a big crane […] outside my window, no elevator (I'm on the 3rd floor). Read more
"Nice apartment hotel with good location!"
Nothing to complain about, close to the tube, many restaurants in the area, good communication. Hotel is clean, confy and the staff is very nice. Will stay there again.
"Exceeded expectations"
Lovely apartment,, we booked a studio and were given a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment on the 7th floor with fantastic views over London. Staff very helpful in every way, there was some confusion as our booking was for one and then two further nights, they allowed us to stay in the apartment we had for the first night, this made everything so much easier […] for us. Great proximity to shops, restaurants and transport links too. I had my car and it was great to be able to park in the Tesco car park next door. £10 a day for parking,, bargain for London. Will definitely stay there again. Two things could be improved, the apartment had an oven/micro with no information on how it worked, I had no intentions of cooking but wanted to heat a croissant and couldn't work out how to get it to do anything but blow cold air. The other ,,, there was a strong smell like sewage in the apartment when we returned at night and the window was closed. It dissipated when we opened it, but it was there again when the window closed, this was in the living area and we didn't spend that much time there. Read more

"good holiday location"
Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was very good deal for the price. Had a minor gripe with not being able to watch DVD's on our TV but staff happy to relocate us to another room where we could so we saw 2 rooms over 5 nights! Only other thing is that you cant open a window so if you are from a cold place like us you have to turn any heating off […] and wait for the room to cool! However these are very clean and modern apartments with very helpful and friendly staff. Its a 10 minute walk to Earl's court underground and there is a Tesco next door. This is a fantastic location to explore London from on foot. Read more
"Great apartment in a good hotel."
Great apartment. Super clean. Nice decor. Excellent staff. Convenient supermarket next door. Easy to find, 8 minute walk from Earls Court Tube. Only criticism is air-con wasn't working in hotel and had to borrow heater from reception. Would stay there again without hesitation.
"Very Good"
Excellent idea having your own apartment give's you more flexibility ie not having to get up early or being back at a certain time for meals. Have already told people what a good idea it was. Thank you to all the staff they were very helpful and polite.

"Think Expensive and Hot"
The rooms are clean and tidy however the service was unfortunately ordinary. There was an issue with the air-conditioning due to repairs and when i went to complain about the heat i was told to open a door and leave it open for the night. I can understand that repairs are required but for the price of the room i feel that the staff could have provided […] a better solution than leave the balcony door open. Considering it is in England and the rain was persistent blew the leaving the door open as an option. Therefore i must relay that i am dissapointed with my stay Read more
it was a very satisfying experience. the staff were soooo friendly n cool.
"Just like home"
This place is good for people who want to to feel at home whilst away visiting London. You have your own kitchen, utensils may be a bit of plastic, but I managed to cook my dinners. This place is not for someone who is used to hotel room service. You do get the cleaners in the morning, but if you dont want them to clean your room then press the do not […] disturb. The staff at reception seemed very rude to my guests who came to visit me, which made my friends feel very uncomfortable, asking for passport as ID, they were just visiting for a few hours. This place is very good if you do not like to spend money on restaurants because there is a tescos outside. saved a lot of money on food. Read more
"Think Appartment Earl's Court"
Read more
"Utrolig praktisk og kjekk leilighet"
Leiligheten var en positiv overraskelse, og standarden enda bedre enn forventet, romslig og utrolig godt utstyrt. Beliggenheten nær Tesco, Underground og Kensington High Street var perfekt. Det eneste minuset jeg kan komme på var at vi måtte forlate rommet kl 10 på avreisedagen, hadde lyst å være lenger!!
