I really enjoyed the hotel. It is located right at the Temple Minerva, and in the center of Assisi. We had two hostesses, one Italian and one of Japanese heritage. They gave us a discount card for Assisi, and they also lent us tour book of Assisi for our stay. This saved us 8 euros from buying our own, and really helped us understand what we were seeing. They both were great, kind and met our needs. The hotel has wifi on the lobby. If you are able to get one of the two rooms on the lobby level, the wifi carries into the room. The breakfast was traditionally Italian. The cappuccino or espresso was prepared to order, and at 3:00 p.m. they had Tea time, but we did not take part in this during the stay. It is important to note that our hotel is above the square, and takes about 60+ steps to get to. So, if you have mobility issues, this will be a big problem, and you need to pack light, because I was sucking wind pretty good after hauling my bag up the steps.

Hotel is in valley below Assisi with charming views of the city. All amenities are close by. The room was clean and generous size. It was May and a bit... warm so we asked for A/C but were told " not yet". The pool was closed and is a 1K walk, drive or bicycle ride. There was quite a bit of outside construction at the hotel but it did not impact our stay. Staff are very friendly. The included breakfast was continental but an excremental selection. This famous place of pilgrimage is the burial site of St Francis, one of the best loved of all Catholic saints. The ambitious basilica built soon after his death and decorated with superb frescoes by Giotto, Lorenzetti, and Martini has been fully restored after a devastating earthquake in 1997. Located in fields about 10 miles from Assisi, this was a great resort for us. A little quirky in that the pool and restaurant are 1/2 mile (700 meters) from the main hotel. Your neighbors are sunflower fields and hay fields.

Perfectly located hotel to visit neighbouring towns in Umbria. Outstanding value for money. Breakfast great. Pool is great but strangely located a considerable distance from main hotel. You can walk (maybe 10 min walk), ride hotel bikes or drive, but would recommend you have a car if you stay at this hotel anyway as it's pretty much in the countryside. […] Hotel is a bit of a work in progress, there are building works going on (which don't affect guests in any way) and gardens could do with a bit of work but I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay again. We had 4 days here and it was a perfect base to visit Assisi, Perugia, Spello... We had our kids with us (16 & 14) and they loved the hotel as well. Very helpful hotel staff. Restaurants very close and vineyard/olive grove also part of the hotel. Read more

アッシジに行く為に宿泊しました。アッシジの中心街の宿泊所が満室の為に、5kmほど離れたこのホテルに泊まりましたが、たいへんキレイで、周囲の環境も静かで、スタッフもたいへん親切で、おススメです。ただ、場所が分かりにくいのが難点です。深夜の到着で道に迷いましたが、スタッフが、迎えに来てくれて助かりました。

Albergo ottimo come posizione per chi vuole visitare Assisi con auto. I parcheggi attorno alla città sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochissimi minuti. Per converso la camera è poco isolata. Si ascoltano tutti i rumori delle camere contigue.

Salvo il rumore dei vicini la prima notte, forse dovuto al loro adattamento, non ci sono stati problemi. Per chi dispone di mezzo proprio è ideale per Assisi e i dintorni, anche fuori dall'estate

L'albergo nel suo insieme, e la camera ci sono piaciuti molto. Ci è piaciuto moltissimo la gita in bici (a disposizione gratis) intorno ai giardini molto estesi. Anche la colazione era molto buona.
