There is a new hotel being built directly across the street and construction goes on 24/7. The hotel itself is also undergoing construction on several floors. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY SLEEP IN THIS HOTEL DAY OR NIGHT! In spite of this, the hotel does seem to be fully booked and offers no discount for these circumstances. Otherwise the hotel and the service is most satisfactory.

The Parklane is a pretty nice hotel, but for the time being, there is a lot of noise coming from the construction crew working just across the street on another building.

Good hotel in every way, except for one (which I won't blame the hotel for): during my stay there was a lot of building activities right outside my windows - and I stayed on the 19. floor
