We stayed for three nights while visiting family over Christmas. Very conveniently located, although a car its a must. The small gym and pool were clean and the availability was perfect. The minimal bistro area was more than adequate for breakfast or a simple snack. The staff was very welcoming.

The hotel is updated and clean but overpriced. The cafe in the lobby is convenient for snacks. Our big complaint was that, despite the "do not disturb" sign hanging on the door while our toddler was napping, the front desk phoned at 2:45 to see if housekeeping could come it to clean up. And the ringer was loud enough to wake the dead! Clean, comfortable rooms, no bedbugs (I checked!). Friendly staff. Restaurant is being remodeled, so breakfast was limited to a small buffet table in a meeting room. Many restaurant choices within 10min driving distance. Also about 20 mins from Niagara Falls. Free use of computer (w/ internet access) and free printing. I would return in the future.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. Usually I don't walk around with bare feet in hotel rooms, but this was an exception because it was so clean. There was a second sink outside of the bathroom which was accessible from the bedroom and the dressing area. It was a very nice touch. Quite disappointed in this particular property compared to other Courtyards at which we've stayed. Rooms were dingy and tired looking. The bathroom is quite dated as are the carpeting & decorations. The cleanliness, however, was fine. I would not stay at this property again.

This hotel is clean comfortable and convenient to Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Shopping Malls, resturants etc.... The small pool and jacuzi is open until 11PM, but was busy most times, even so I managed to get some time in. Lots of kids on Sat. morning, though it didn't bother me. There's no resturant on the premises but a buffet (continental or hot food, […] your choice) is available each morning but you must pay. I didn't like the food. They had the worst eggs I've ever had! They tasted like there was kerosene in the scrambles!!!! There is plenty of free parking. Book early to get the best price. As I was checking in I overheard the reservationist quoting a price significantly lower than my rate! My only complaint besides the eggs, they gave me a room across from the ice machine. I heard ices falling every morning & evening. The rooms are decently sound proofed though, it did not disturb my sleep. I would definitly stay there again. I used to live in the neighborhood and watched them build this hotel. I wondered how it would be inside, now I know. I'd definitly go back ...but I want a better rate next time! Read more

Hotel Was clean, modern with recent updates/renovations. Staff was courtious and friendly. But I do think at the nightly cost of the room, a complimentary continental breakfast would be included!

Appears the hotel has been totally renovated.......everything very clean and new. Make sure you get a room on the front side of the building so you don't hear the highway. Also, the pool water is freezing cold. Enjoyed our stay, would stay again. .

The hotel was located 7 minutes from Waldrn Galleria. It was in wonderful condition, the room was gorgeous! My only problem was te bed was very soft.. But other than that would definitely stay there again!

Clean hotel. Easy to find. Friendly helpful staff. Would not provide breakfast for additional $10 when booking through Hotels.com if you didn't book the breakfast through Hotels.com. Had to order breakfast a la carte if desired. Pool is quite small but refreshing. Whirl pool was underfilled and no towels available in pool area.

This Hotel was in a good location for shopping and dining. It was close to the highway which was accessible to Waldon Galleria or the Blvd Mall area. It was away from all the traffic assoicated with those areas which was nice. The facilities were good. Nice pool, work-out area and good breakfast.
