"4 Points by Sheraton Victoria BC"
Hotel was very comfortable. Reception desk staff were very helpful at recommending places to eat, shortcuts etc. Only problem was the hotel's single restaurant. It's a bar/grill. Food was good but was understaffed and not really the kind of decor/environment I would have preferred in a nice hotel.
"Perfect for business travelers"
This hotel is well located in a nice part of town. Easy access off of HWY1. Very business traveler friendly.

"4 points sheraton langford - a suburban hotelmotel"
We enjoyed our stay here - the rooms are nicely decorated and spacious and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the location is not convenient for visitors to Victoria, as you have to drive 20 minutes into downtown. The hotel's pub/restaurant is very expensive and the quality of our meal (we chose items recommended by the staff and hyped in the […] menu) was disappointing. We did not use the jacuzzi because the temperature is set at 101 F. This place is great if you have a car and don't mind staying in a landscape of big box stores (costo, walmart and home depot are your neighbours). Read more
The hotel could have been cleaner -- cob web hanging from bathroom door; a previous occupant's shirt had fallen behind a chair -- it was very dusty so had been there a long time; there was something sticky on the floor; the curtains were torn; and the bedspreads could have used a wash. On the plus side, the rooms were big, the bathroom lovely, and the […] TV cool. It was conveniently located near Canada 1, stores and restaurants. Read more
"Very comfortable with lots of amenities"
The beds were amazing! I woke up feeling very well rested. As well the fitness centre was well maintained with new equipment. The pool and hot tub were great after working out. The outdoor patio had a great view and great food.
"4 Point Sheridan worked well for us"
The room was very nice with a modern decor. Bed was comfortable and there was a "kitchette like counter area" with a microwave, fridge and sink along with dishes which would be very convenient for travelers wishing to do some of their own food. Breakfast at the hotel was very good and had comparable rates to area restaurants. We did not use swim pool […] and excercise room but checked them out and they appeared to be clean and nicely done. The thermostat for temp control in the room was not user friendly and we found ourselves either too hot or cool. It is important to know that this property is not close to downtown Victoria but is close to Langford and Goldstream but not within walking distance. As we were visiting friends nearby this was very convenient location for us. Read more
"Okay hotel, but be warned..."
First off, let me say the hotel was not as bad as I thought, despite the horrendous reviews on Hotels.ca. Yes, it sits just besides a Costco, but the other side of the building provides a nice enough view. Someone reported noise from the pub's patio, but we didn't hear a thing. My biggest issue would be the location. It's rather far from downtown Victoria. […] A good 10-20 minutes, if there's no traffic, much more at rush hours. Not knowing the city, we had not realized this from the maps. The second biggest issue would be the carpet on the room floors. It's ugly and terribly installed (it sags!!!). Despite all this however, we had a rather pleasant stay, and the staff while not being quite up to the standards one would expect from a Sheraton branded hotel was courteous and useful. All in all, not a bad stay, but keep in mind that it's located in the suburbs. Read more
"1 night stay"
We did not expect that it is quite far from the inner harbour /downtown...we checked in very late and left very early (back in Seattle)...But the room given to us is very spacious, and clean ..and the bathroom is very modern, also very large...the room is so comfy that we had a restful night...

Room was not as booked, curtain was askew and could not be fixed. Swimming pool could do with major cleaning and steam room smells like the inside of a well used hockey bag.
"Comfortable but some rough edges."
I attended a conference in Victoria and wanted a nice, comfortable place to stay without spending the $200+ dollars the meeting site downtown wanted. Also, I had a car and previous visits to the city left me with no desire to explore the tourist sites in the center of the city. The Sheraton was comfortable and new and the rooms were very nice. The pool […] area was closed, however, and it didn't seem like anyone was terribly interested in re-opening it. Also, my request for wake-up call apparently didn't reach an interested party either. Fortunately I woke up on my own and made my conference. I was for the most part satisfied and comfortable but I suspect the hotel could use some adult supervision. Read more

"Great stay"
Really enjoyed the stay. Its location in Langford and close proximity to the highway made this an ideal spot for my daily travels upt Mill Bay and back. Also close enought o Victoria and easy access to airport. Everything I needed.

"Sheritan Victoria Gateway - great comfort"
A great hotel that was affordable and comfortable at the same time. We were close to many amenities and favorite sights. Would recommend to anyone!

there for the Royal Victoria Marathon, if I had known rm 114 was right above the pub I would have asked for another room. People out in the parking lot for a smoke or whatever partying not real great for paying customers to be kept up all night.
"Overall a very nice hotel"
Very nice location: neat, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and professional. Room was nice with a reasonable view. Resturant was also quite enjoyable with good food and great staff.
"Modern"
Everything nice but crappy carpet in room.
We have a poor experience when we tried to check in early, (12:30) the girl at the front desk was very ill tempered and sent us away until 3PM. The girl at the desk checking out the next morning at 9AM was very nice.
"Scabies is Everywhere"
The hotel shuttle failed to pick us up at 10 PM at night at the bus station so we had to get a cab back. My girlfriend got Scabies there so it made for a bad experience. These hotels have to get rid of this problem. It is terrible.
"Not Really in Victoria"
This hotel is in the city of Langford which is in the Victoria metropolitan area, but nowhere near the city centre. Make sure you have a car if you plan to stay here. The service was great, and the people were friendly enough. The pub downstairs is pretty good too. The room was clean which is very important because I'm pretty particular about that. […] The furniture, such as the bed, mattress, and desk looked relatively new, but the desk chair and the sofa chair were really worn out and kind of gross, so I didn't really have anywhere to sit apart from the bed. Looking back, that's really the only bad thing I can think of. Read more
"Very Comfortable"
Rooms were very spacious and comfy. The pub was freindly and the service throughout the hotel was great. A bit far away from Victoria proper, but close to other amenities.

"4 points Victoria."
Very pleasant stay. Good value for a nice hotel. Will stay again and would recommend to friends.
"Four Points by Sheraton Gateway Victoria - Amazing"
Best hotel for the price I have ever stayed in. Don't let the price part fool you, this hotel is in my top 20 hotels I have ever stayed in even without their amazing prices
"Four Points Sheridan Langford British Columbia"
"Wow" is the best words to describe this hidden gem. The room is outstanding, the bed sublime, the service is to notch, the pool, sauna and fitness room is outstanding. Out of way if you are visiting Victoria, but great off season discounts are available. The change rooms require a pad lock to secure and the food in the pub is not too exciting but otherwise, […] great place to stay! Read more
"Title is long winded. Hard to find when googling."
Let Cosco know that when the delivery trucks back up into the loading docks and park, they should take the trucks out of reverse once at the dock. Two morning in a row the vehicle backup sirens were going for 30-40 minutes without interruption!!!! Convenient location off the island highway. Great stopover for hikes in Sooke, Juan de Fuca highway etc. Despite […] the online review we thought the food at the hotel bar was mediocre--due to the location it would be good to have excellent meals to match the hotel. Good food in nearby Langford if one hunts around. Read more

"Very good stay - recommended."
Very pleased with the Hotel and its staff. Everyone was very friendly. Used room service and was very satisfied. The breakfast in the downstairs restaurant next morning was disappointing.

"Four Points by Sheraton Victoria Gateway"
Convenient location for 4 golfers visiting Victoria golf courses. Only complaint was that could not connect to WiFi using Ipad/ nor through hotel terminals on 2nd floor. Otherwise, happy with accommodations. Desk clerk recommended Garlic Rose nearby for dinner and we were not disappointed.
"Four Points on the Four Points Sheraton Victoria"
Four things to know about the Four Points Sheraton: 1). It is not in Victoria- it is behind Costco in Langford which is a 20 minute drive into Victoria. We booked it because it was not in town. It is a great hotel if you have your own transportation and do not want to be in the city core. 2). Breakfast is served in the pub and it is better food and […] service than driving into town to wait in line at other much lower quality places. We are all "veggies" and we had no problem ordering four different meals off the menu. The service was excellent as was the banana bread French toast. 3). If your room faces the front of the hotel you get to enjoy the sound of the Costco dumpsters being emptied at 6:30 am. This is short lived and as far as street noise goes it is minimal for this hotel due to its location. We moved rooms after the first night due to a plumbing issue not because of the morning dumpster street noise. Still on the topic of noise... if your room faces the back and it is a weekend chances are you will get some noise from the pub. A quick call to the front desk at 1 am and the hotel staff managed to disperse the noisy parking lot pub crowd. 4). The shower control knob is terrible. It goes from cold to very hot to off in an endless cycle. It takes longer to fiddle with the knob then actually shower. Yes, it is a very modern design, yes it is very trendy, yes it looks very nice in the bathroom....However it is not functional or efficient when you have three kids who need to shower in the morning and they spend more time trying to get the water temperature somewhere between freeze and burn. Here's a novel idea replace the trendy shower control knob in the family suites with a simple one any 9 year old can operate. Read more

"Good over all -- not for tourists"
If you are a tourist wanting to explore downtown Victoria, this is not for you -- it is about 30 minutes drive up north. Because we were waiting for our house reno to be done, it was a good hotel to stay at. However, for whatever purpose, the hotel was always extremely busy. The service was overall good. The housekeeping could use improvement and […] attention to small things could be improved. However, for a family with a little baby, the hotel had a crib and we were happy. Read more
