    It's a nice hotel with clean, comfortable and well-appointed rooms. But we had to travel 20 minutes to find a restaurant off of the hotel/casino property. If you are there to gamble and stay without a desire to go anywhere at all, then this is a nice place.

    I loved this place. Room was very modern decorations, clean and spacious. Loved the bathroom, the shower was amazing, big bathroom. Casino was clean and friendly. Only downside not many cocktail waitress on the floor, getting a drink to leisurely sip on while gambling was a chore. Overall would have no complaints and stay in again in the future!!

    It was a great stay! I didn't use any hotel services, nor did I check out the surrounding neighborhood so I didn't rate those very well. But the comfort of my room was great and the shower....let me just say, to die for. I could have stayed in there for hours. Enjoy your stay!

    I thought the room was great, the bed comfortable, and the shower and bathroom very nice. When I first arrived at the hotel, I noticed a smell of stale cigarette smoke. I either got used to it, or it went away, because I didn't notice it on subsequent days. I would stay at this hotel again.

    I was disappointed by the unfriendly desk clerk. I mentioned that it was our first time to this hotel and he made no response. As we were taken to our room, the bellman asked our room number and when I told him, he said that's too bad, the other side of the hall has a better view! Our room was nice but had a view of parking lot. My main complaint however […] has to do with cleanliness. There was very obvious "grunge" in the grout of the shower. To me that says NOT CLEAN.     Not quite Vegas, but close, especially for the Midwest. Gambling was good, broke even over 4 days stay; food was fantastic - DJ's SteakHouse, cafe and room service. Bar-B-Que buffet was OK, just not our type of food. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Only minor complaint - there were cobwebs around the ceiling in our room.

    It is a great place...every bit as upscale as some of the 4 star resorts that I have stayed at in Mexico and Hawaii. In fact nicer. Very accomodating and the food is great. Had room service and it was really good and quick. Highly recommend this place. Great SPA too!
