Hi this hotel was nice quiet and relaxing.Loved it we both liked the way the hotel was set up.The pool was nice and clean the room was too.Restruants was close and a lot of them.The staff was nice and always said to me Yes Sir and No Sir.

The staff and accommodations were superb. The address is off the beaten path, so if you're looking for a burger joint or a brew pub next door, fugettaboutit. However, the breakfast is great, and there's frozen cheeseburgers downstairs at the desk that warm up to a tasty surprise. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Tom and Cheryl

This hotel is not up to the general standards I have become accustomed to with Windgate. The room was not as clean as one would expect and there was a gooey, sticky substance on the telephone. This was our second stay at this hotel. We were very pleased with our stay overall and would definitely stay there again. Rooms are modern, comfortable, and equipped with refrigerator and microwave. The hotel has a nice-sized outdoor pool and a small indoor pool with large hot tub adjacent. The only minor complaint that we had involved breakfast the […] last day. A family reunion with two tour busses came in our last night. The breakfast the next morning was mass confusion and chaos. They did open up a conference room for extra seating, but the line was 20-25 people deep and barely moving. It turns out most of the people in line were waiting for a waffle. Unfortunately, the single waffle maker was right in the middle of everything, and no one knew how to get to the drinks or continental items without looking like you were cutting in line. Staff were visible, but no one seemed willing to take charge and organize things. Moving the waffle maker, having an additional waffle iron, or assigning a staff member to make the waffles and let people take a number and come up one at a time would have made for a much more pleasant experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and feel very fortunate to have found such a great hotel at such a great price on Expedia. Read more

Our stay was enjoyable and quiet. The rooms were beautiful, and the staff was always helpful. The area near the hotel(Chesterfield), was upscale for dining and shopping. This hotel is a little far out from downtown St. Louis, but within 5 minutes of numerous restaurants and services in Chesterfield. It is in a quiet office park setting just off of I-64. The location was very safe, but somewhat remote. The hotel's rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed with new tvs, microwaves, and refrigerators. The breakfast […] includes omelets, bacon or sausage, waffles (make your own) as well as the standard continental variety of cereals and pastries/breads. The breakfast attendants do a good job of keeping everything stocked, but do a poor job of taking out the trash. The three small trashcans were overflowing every morning we were there. They probably need bigger trashcans. One major disappointment was the outdoor pool. The concrete edges of the pool had come off when they removed the tarp this year so the outdoor pool was closed. The indoor pool was working, but is not much bigger than their hot tub. The outdoor pool and patio area could be very nice with some maintenance. We are planning on returning next month and keeping our fingers crossed that the outdoor pool will be repaired and functional. They didn't appear to be working on it when we were there, and I don't know if they plan to fix it or not. You should call to check the status of the outdoor pool since they don't mention anything about it being closed on their website. Read more

We found the hotel staff courteous and friendly. The food was great and the rooms were nicely decorated. We enjoyed the rooms, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was working great and somewhat quiet, considering other hotels I've stayed in. The TV was a modern Wide-screen LDC TV. The only lacking items are the indoors and outdoors pool... […] The indoors pool was clean and working, but had way too much chlorine-- To the point of burning your eyes as soon as you walked into the pool room. The outside pool was closed, had un-assembled concrete side walls (like it was never finished being built) and the water was cloudy/murky green and had not been cleaned for the year. Not good.
